Great service! My Whirlpool washer was acting up so we called on Friday to schedule a service call.... Saturday, next day, NO EXTRA CHARGE for weekends! Mike the Tech called with 15 minute arrival time...checked the washer, which turned out to be a bad motherboard from the manufacturer. 100 percent covered even without the warranty!! Only had to pay for the service call. Said part was backordered and may be a couple of weeks. Office called on the very next Monday with part in hand and will be out Tuesday to install! Crazy good service!! MIKE was great! Know who we're calling if needed again!!

Mike was the service provider that came out to my house today. He was professional, courteous, helpful and timely. He called me to say he was on the way and he resolved all the problems that I had. I would give him more than five stars if that was an option. Highly recommend

Thank goodness we have the service package! When our oven died last weekend, Mike was there next day and ordered a new control panel. Installed today quickly and $0. Our service plan saved us almost $700!
