Of course it would happen it’s winter time and I find out there’s a huge crack in the sewer line. I was so worried not sure what to do, until I called E&K. Let me tell you the service I received was top notch. I dealt with nothing but the definition of professionalism, Damien Dilworth and his crew were not only outstanding and fast at responding and fixing the issue but truly made a terrible situation into a pleasant experience. Thank you so much to Damien and his crew for all of the hard work and quickness in helping our situation.

I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing these folks were. From Damion to the crew that came out and completed the work, absolutely amazing. Damien was great to work with. He helped me save half of one another contractor was going to charge me and would have caused more problems with the way they wanted to do it. E&K fixed my issue quickly and they were extremely professional and nice. I would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond and I will be calling them for any future needs I may have. E&K Contractors performed an excellent job for us on a water line repair. Water was coming through our asphalt roadway in several sections. Bob quickly came out that evening within 40 minutes after calling him on an emergency basis, and performed an excellent assessment of the problem for us. Our HOA is on private property so the entire project was left to the homeowners. The City of Toledo was able to lower the water pressure, so our HOA was able to wait until the morning to begin the repair, which ultimately was a cost saver. The crew arrived early the next morning and contacted our HOA to give an estimated time of arrival -- they arrived as promised and were prepared. Our HOA trustees were kept up to speed with what was happening during the entire process. All of the workers were professional, courteous and hard working -- from the foremen, truck drivers, equipment operators, laborers, etc. Kudos to Jason who was there from start to finish and was a liaison in interpreting for us "laymen and women" trustees, what was happening, all the while diligently working. We would highly recommend E&K Contractors.

They always respond in a timely manner, get the work done that’s needed and clean up after themselves. They’ve been a great company we’ve added for emergency work. Their pricing is amazing compared to the work that they are able to do. I haven’t had one bad encounter with the company and they’re very communicative when getting things done. I highly recommend!

I am in a business networking group with Scott Rollman and he is not only an incredible person, but so willing to help me with any issue I face! I have a one bathroom house and my sink wasn't draining (I tried all home remedies too) so I was panicking. I talked to Scott and he had E&K call me within a couple hours and had them out to fix it the next day. Hayden and Jacob fixed my sink within 10 minutes. They were not only kind and efficient but got to my house when they said they would! Highly reccomend them!

E&K did a great job. Everyone involved did a great service to their company. Work was done in a timely manner ,and I recommend them highly. My sewer line had blockage and they found the break and fixed it . I wasn,t sure what to expect, but I am very happy with the price and the service.

Only had to call once and give my information to the company! Came out the same day of call! Only took them 10 minutes to resolve the issue we were having! My grandma had been having all kinds of issues with her clogged sink. Scott, amazing guy, arranged for the E&K crew to come in and help figure out the issue. They came in and fixed it super fast. They were extremely polite and respectful to my grandmother who’s in her 90s. She has not had any issues since. Other companies had come in and tried to nickel and dime her while trying to fix problems that may not have been there. She is so happy she was given E&K as an option from Scott Cordrey and would choose E&K and trust in them again for any other issues that may arise. Great job E&K, you put a smile on my grandmas face. I just had E&K Contractors come to my house for a sewage drain issue. Both guys were very nice and courteous, fixed my problem quickly. Someone will be coming back out to give me an estimate for another issue I'm having, and hopefully that will go just as smoothly. Had a sewer line backup. Called another company who said it was due to tree roots in the line but didn't have a hydrojet and thought the hydrojet wouldn't work. E&K diagnosed the issue and said they could blast those roots out no problem, and they sure did in no time at all and at a very reasonable price. As they backed the camera out, it looked like a brand new pipe. E&K turned a stressful situation into a quick and efficient fix. Plus, I could tell these guys take pride in a job well done.

If you ever need a trustworthy company, E & K Contractors is who you need to call!!! They were quick to come out after I spoke with someone on the phone. They’re not scammers and they mean business. They would rather help you out and take care what needs to be taken care of before anything else. They gave us an idea as to what is going on with our bathroom plumbing and explained everything thoroughly of what they had to do. They even came back tonight to check for any manholes. Like to thank e&k contractors for making a very stressful situation a little easier. I had a sewage flood in my basement and did not know what to do. I called a friend who told me to call e&k contractors. I called there office and Danielle answered she was so kind and felt like she new what I was going through. She sent out Dustin and Damien who showed up right away. They put a camera in my sewer and allowed me to watch. We seen a broken piece of pipe in my front yard. I asked for an estimate which they gave on site. This is not something i budget for but the price was fair. Within 2 days they were digging. The crew they sent were great. I can’t say enough about this company. Highly recommended

This is the most wonderful company!! They were here just a few hours, dug up drain, replaced it , cleaned it all out!! I can do laundry again!! Had a super easy and smooth experience replacing an old galvanized pipe that was leaking. Carlos was able to diagnose where the problem was coming from and explain what needed to be done. My house is over 100 years old and the previous owner did some less than ideal work, I really appreciated the transparency and the access to some professional knowledge. Scheduling was also really easy, work was done in a timely manner, very highly recommend.
