I thought my problem was going to be worse than it was. I scheduled a free quote, the guys came out, inspected, addressed the issues and quoted a price for the work they thought was required.
Problem fixed in less than an hour and I had enough money on hand to pay.

Our entire sewer line collapsed under our house. E&K came immediately the day it happened & saw us through the entire process. Damien was our project manager & he did a phenomenal job of listening to our concerns & getting us back up and running. Highly recommend to anyone!

WOW...I am so happy that I called and chose E & K contractors to repair my sewer line , Zach and the crew went above and beyond to make sure what needed to be repaired got repaired , correctly and in a timely manner. AND a HUGE shout out and thank you to the owner who approved the extra work needed and the original quote is what the final bill was , thank you , you are a gentleman and a scholar sir.

Called for a quote on a patio. They failed to show. Called back got it rescheduled. They came out but we never heard back. Called again and that estimator had apparently gotten sick so they sent another person. This time they came hours late. Still havent gotten a quote and we have called a few times. Ive given up. You would think a company that drops flyers on your door monthly would want the business but i have no clue. On a good note at least the folks were nice just never got the quotes after multiple attempts.

We received a phone call from John, one of the local customer service representatives. He expressed his sincere apologies for our current experience with the company and vowed to do what he could in his power to make it right. The next morning John met with me personally and was able to talk through some strategies to remedy this situation and within an hour we got another call From Damien, one of their project managers. He was able to give us an itemized quote for the project and will be our contact going forward if we chose them for this project. Total turnaround on the view point of this company. Whether we end up using them or not, I feel they have made the effort to change our experience with them and that means a lot.

E&K was amazing to work with! Timely service, reasonably priced, listened to what I wanted and were willing to make changes throughout the process. They answered every question I had and never made me feel like I was a bother. The quality of the work was amazing. I had a concrete pad put in for the start of a porch and I’m thrilled with the work. After they were finished they cleaned up my yard, put in mew soil along with new grass seeds and made sure to fix the sidewalk panel that got cracked. I will 100% use them again if I need work done.

Damien was spectacular. They came out when they said they would. They got straight to the job, found the problem and got right to it. What's so fantastic about this company is that the issue wasn't on my property, it was on the city. So not only did they not charge me for coming out the charged the city and got the contract to fix it for the city which was two days later. 5 STAR COMPANY.

Completed an excavation project of our old sewer line quickly, successfully, and at a way more affordable price than other companies I got quotes from. I really appreciated the company not being too pushy when it came to deciding which company we were going to use. Thanks again!!

Found them on Angi and they came at night, on a Sunday, to literally hack into my plumbing then snake out a giant clog. Then they only charged me $225. Brian and Owen were wonderful, professional, and quick. 1000% would use them again. Highly recommend. Extremely pleased. Thank you.

We had a sewer back up and 2 highly professional guys came out right on time with the best service ever. Chris and Stan were wonderful and knew exactly what they were doing with no issues at all. They gladly answered any and all questions on what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend this company and these employees!! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing or contracting work. Honest employee's and fair pricing.

I can't say enough about E&K CONTRACTORS. I had an emergency plumbing disaster. And had family coming over for the holidays so time was of the essence. E&K CONTRACTORS were at my house within the hour.They found my sewer to be backing up. The workers cleaned my drains and only charged me the minimum.Even put a camera down the sewer and showed me i was good to go for my Christmas party.Like I said call E&K you are in good hands.

Top notch Plumbing/Excavating/Concrete company that I would recommend to anyone. From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations. Most of all, the people/crews (Damien, Toby, Brian 2x, Ransom, Owen) that worked on our jobs these past few weeks were amazing. Of course it would happen it’s winter time and I find out there’s a huge crack in the sewer line. I was so worried not sure what to do, until I called E&K. Let me tell you the service I received was top notch. I dealt with nothing but the definition of professionalism, Damien Dilworth and his crew were not only outstanding and fast at responding and fixing the issue but truly made a terrible situation into a pleasant experience. Thank you so much to Damien and his crew for all of the hard work and quickness in helping our situation.

I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing these folks were. From Damion to the crew that came out and completed the work, absolutely amazing. Things didn't go exactly to plan and they kept me up to date each step of the way and always had multiple options available. From start to finish could not be happier. Damien was great to work with. He helped me save half of one another contractor was going to charge me and would have caused more problems with the way they wanted to do it. E&K fixed my issue quickly and they were extremely professional and nice. I would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond and I will be calling them for any future needs I may have. E&K Contractors performed an excellent job for us on a water line repair. Water was coming through our asphalt roadway in several sections. Bob quickly came out that evening within 40 minutes after calling him on an emergency basis, and performed an excellent assessment of the problem for us. Our HOA is on private property so the entire project was left to the homeowners. The City of Toledo was able to lower the water pressure, so our HOA was able to wait until the morning to begin the repair, which ultimately was a cost saver. The crew arrived early the next morning and contacted our HOA to give an estimated time of arrival -- they arrived as promised and were prepared. Our HOA trustees were kept up to speed with what was happening during the entire process. All of the workers were professional, courteous and hard working -- from the foremen, truck drivers, equipment operators, laborers, etc. Kudos to Jason who was there from start to finish and was a liaison in interpreting for us "laymen and women" trustees, what was happening, all the while diligently working. We would highly recommend E&K Contractors.

They always respond in a timely manner, get the work done that’s needed and clean up after themselves. They’ve been a great company we’ve added for emergency work. Their pricing is amazing compared to the work that they are able to do. I haven’t had one bad encounter with the company and they’re very communicative when getting things done. I highly recommend!

I am in a business networking group with Scott Rollman and he is not only an incredible person, but so willing to help me with any issue I face! I have a one bathroom house and my sink wasn't draining (I tried all home remedies too) so I was panicking. I talked to Scott and he had E&K call me within a couple hours and had them out to fix it the next day. Hayden and Jacob fixed my sink within 10 minutes. They were not only kind and efficient but got to my house when they said they would! Highly reccomend them!

E&K did a great job. Everyone involved did a great service to their company. Work was done in a timely manner ,and I recommend them highly. My sewer line had blockage and they found the break and fixed it . I wasn,t sure what to expect, but I am very happy with the price and the service.

Only had to call once and give my information to the company! Came out the same day of call! Only took them 10 minutes to resolve the issue we were having!
