I like going to this lowes when I have the time. Its generally clean, well maintained and well stocked. Rarely have I gone here and not found what I needed. The staff is generally not as knowledgeable as home depot but you can still find some people that know what they are doing. Great place to find discounted appliances, and they are always willing to negotiate on the price even if it's just a few hundred dollars.

After pandemic review. Had called wrong store in regards of a complaint and this store manager actually got back with me in regards of it. Isles are clean and organized, especially pluming. I ask for help and there it is. Major improvement from what it used to be. Availability of cashiers is a bit lagging but that appears to be the new thing in all the stores. I don't work there, don't force me to use the self check out unless I get a 20% discount for doing YOUR work.

Excellent experience from start to finish on the 4 projects we had completed. Grant was professional, punctual, and performed high quality work with great attention to detail. He was very respectful of our home, kept everything clean and made sure to tidy up before leaving. Friendly, reliable, transparent pricing and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

They just called to tell me they could not come out as scheduled and offered to reschedule. I had already taken time off from work....

My wife wants to reschedule, but visions of nobody showing up to finish the work, just will not let me.

Ginger was beyond pleasant and professional to communicate with- as were the craftsmen that came to our home. We’re very happy with the work that was performed and the attention to detail. We will definitely use Pro Handyman Plus again in the future!

When I had them set to come out and give a quote, we discussed that no one was living there and it would have to be my father in law (home owner) that would be there. So she advised, she would mark the order as to not do the call ahead and just come to appt as I would be at work. However, this is not what happened. The guy called and left a message, I was unable to answer and as soon as I could get free to return call, I had to leave him a msg. When he called back, he advised since he couldn't get a hold of me he moved on to next job across town. So my father in law drove across town for NOTHING!! I will not be doing business with them!!!

I had Pro Handyman come out for a plumbing emergency. They were quick to respond to my call and had someone out within the hour to fix my issue. Price was very reasonable and the plumber was super nice and gave me some inside tips so this situation wouldn't happen again. I will call them for any future work I have and refer them to my family and friends. Thanks Pro Handyman for relieving a stressful situation!

I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning estimate. When original making the appointment I was advised they would call 30 minutes prior to there arrival. I wanted and no one called. So I contacted the office and got the voicemail. I received a call back 10 minutes later only to be told no one could meet with me. I was offered the option to reschedule next week!! If this is the type of professionalism you receive from making an appointment I would hate to see there actual work! This was an terrible experience and I would suggest you contact a different company!

I had someone come to my house to give me an estimate to repair my shower. The handyman came and ended up causing my shower faucet to continuously leak and subsequently gave an estimate and then left my home with the shower leaking. My shower did not have any problems with leaking water before he came. I called him back to explain this and the handyman, Dan, as well as the owner, Ginger, proceeded to call me a liar and said I was trying to get business out of them for free when all I wanted was an explanation for why he left my house with my shower leaking when that was not a problem before he came. Their tone and attitude on the phone was very aggressive and hostile. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Grant does excellent work! We will contract him for all of our special projects.

A family member had Jimmy come out to do some patch work on the roof. TERRIBLE job!! They've had several issues with leaks. Today, a different company came out to see where the issues were on the roof. This company wants to charge my family member over $900 to fix areas that were not sealed. This is ridiculous!! My family member was charged over $1500 for insufficient work.

Awesome business so helpful they were a lifesaver when I had a plumbing emergency I also help me out with an electrical problem and when they gave me the invoice they also gave me a coupon that I did not even ask for I would give him a 10 Stars
