I picked up 2 rugs for my sister-in-law.

They cleaned year old area rugs two one was round and the other one was square the rugs appeared as if they were not touched they appeared to be the same as when we took them in. I was going to have them pick them up and redo them however at this point I don't trust Stoll's Rug Cleaning with my rugs. Stanley Steamer will come in and steam clean them. One hundred seventy five dollars wasted. My money should be refunded. To top it off we don't even wear shoes in our home so the rugs weren't that dirty. That may have been the real issue.

My experience was fantastic! Stoll's was able to accommodate a last minute schedule change I had. They managed to work around it. :) Affordable, friendly and the carpeting looks brand new!

Stoll's service techs were amazing (and Danielle in the office is a rockstar). They cleaned our 2 year old Arhaus sofa which is a tweed fabric that pills. The upholstery cleaning was so effective (see the attached pictures) that the couch looks NEW! Literally brand new. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely be having them out annually from now on. The service tech used something to remove the pilling and steam cleaned the sofa for 2 hours. The results are just amazing! My area rug was extremely soiled and didn't come as clean as expected (not really their fault) and they are coming back to touch it up Friday. I'm so impressed with the level of service! Call Danielle, she will hook you up!!!!

Doug and Brian from Stoll rug cleaners were here this morning and did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpet . It had not been cleaned in a long time and almost looks brand new! Both Doug and Brian were very professional and pleasant , we want to thank them both.

Wonderful job! I have 2 room sized area rugs and a sofa that were filthy to the point of being embarrassing. Dog and cat do not help matters. Rodney and Jessie were prompt and efficient. They moved furniture and actually cleaned UNDER them. My rigs and sofa look brand new again! They also gave me a bottle of pre-mixed spot cleaner that can be refilled at Stoll. AND I got a AAA discount without being asked! 5 stars are not high enough. Stoll is a local company in business for many years. I will recommend and be back again.

I couldn't be happier with the service and results of yesterday's carpet cleaning. Jeremy and Anastasia were friendly, professional, competent, and hard-working. Our family room carpet had gotten pretty grubby and smashed down since March, and now it looks and feels springy and new again. We could walk on the carpet in our socks immediately without getting them wet, and it felt completely dry by bedtime.

If you're concerned about safety, I can report that neither technician had to be reminded to wear a face covering at any time. I appreciated that very much.

I am thrilled! Dark stains on the indoor-outdoor carpeting in my half-bath are completely gone! The carpeting here and in my adjacent office look like new! The two men who accomplished this miracle were great. Very efficient; very friendly. They also picked up my living room rug for cleaning at the shop, carefully moving any furniture that was in the way. These folks are terrific!

I used Stoll 4 years ago and experience was 100%. Called them this year and we did have a hiccup with scheduling, as well as some phone tag, but at the end of the day, all staff are kind, caring people who care about their customers and will jump through hoops to see that you're satisfied . I will continue to use Stoll for all my cleaning needs.

We use Stoll 1-2 times a year. We love the results every time.Quickest dry and unbelievably clean. ( we bought the house 15 years ago with off white carpet) We tried others but the pat 12 years we remain faithful to Stolls,they are the best no questions about it.

Stoll did a great job cleaning the carpets. We had them out for an estimate and then followed up with a cleaning. They showed up between the time window that was agreed upon. Jeremy and Dustin were the men that came to clean our carpets. Both were very respectful and polite. They did great work and made things very clear about the cleaning. A friend recommended the company to me and I plan on recommending Stoll Rug and Furniture Cleaners to other friends and family. Well done!

Stoll's Carpet Cleaners do an excellent job! I recommend them highly. I have used them multiple times and have always been very pleased with the results! All the staff have been friendly and respectful. They are great at getting out stubborn stains and come back if the spots wick up. Their equipment and cleaning methods do an exceptional job of leaving the carpets close to dry and very clean!

We brought several rugs in to be resized to lay as carpet in our basement. They were understanding of the work needed to be done which included cutting and surge seaming the ends. The work was quick and reasonable on price. We had 2 rugs that ended up being incorrect and they took care of the mistake no problem. Highly recommend.

Our wool area rug had dog stains and was in sad shape. We took it to Stoll's and they performed a miracle! Their service is top notch and the front desk customer service lady is so friendly and nice. Highly recommend.

Had a huge coffee stain in my master bathroom on very expensive carpet. I literally tried everything. There was practically no hope that stain would ever come out after all I tried. Called Stoll and they sent Rodney Zahs out to do the work. Rodney is absolutely amazing! He was able to get the stain out and cleaned the entire room and the carpet looks incredible now! Thank you Stoll and a huge Thank You to Rodney!
