Highly recommended. I've hired cheaper carpet cleaning companies but they didn't do a good job, and other companies have given me very expensive quotes (nearly twice as expensive as Steamex). This company's price was fair (not cheap) and did a thorough job. Will use again.

I have used Steamex twice and have been happy each time. I think their fees are reasonable. They were on time and also followed up with a phone call. They were very polite. They suggested deodorizer in areas where I had pets, but didn't try to oversell any additional services or rooms. I will continue to use them in the future.

Steamex did a great job cleaning paint and “slime” stains on my carpet. I’ve used Steamex in the past and wasn’t confident they could clean up such a mess, but they did. I would use them again.

I had arranged for my carpets to get cleaned while my mom was staying at my house and I was out of town! She had nothing but good things to say when they left! First, they were supposed to come between 11-1 and came right at 11. The guy moved everything himself and did a great job. He recommended what kind of carpet to get in the future, and even said he would be willing to meet us at a carpet atore to help us pick out good carpet. When my husband and I came home from being away, the carpets looked great! We have two cats so we had some places with odors that he took care of! I was also able to get in quickly! Steamex did such a great job on carpets and area rug that we had them return to clean some upholstery including outdoor cushions in a three seasons room. We were absolutely amazed at the final result. We felt like the furniture which is 8 years old looked brand new when they were finished.
