From the call intake to the technician leaving the job location, it was a pleasure doing business with Brian John's and affiliate company. The technician was professional, polite, knowledgeable and skilled. He explained the problem with the furnace, took care of it, and told me how to prevent problems in the future. Also, the technician changed the furnace filter. Saving me the trip to the store and hassle of hard-to-find filter type needed.
