Jeremy and Hunter did a fantastic job as they worked and got the drain done speedily and efficiently I use them before at a rental property and was very satisfied

I called for an appointment this morning,and within an hour I received a call back and the 2 young men where at my house in 11 minutes, they got the job done in a very timely manner, and got everything taken care of, and did not leave a mess. I was very satisfied. ( Ms. Willie Parker)

100% satisfied with the service I received today. Our plumbing technicians Mike and great helper assessed and troubleshot some long-standing problems with my current house along with a immediate repair of a sil spigot. This job entitled three separate fixes in three different parts of the house. And they all needed a lot of professional assessment. He also gave use multiple options . Depending on our desires and needs. I want to thank him one more time along with this helper for an amazing and absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you for helping us get our plumbing back in order after All these years sir.

Wanted to take the time to give a big shout out to Eric and his son for providing professionalism and service for our plumbing needs. Had issues with outdated toilets and Rooter Master came thru with the experience and knowledge of new products and toilet technology. They installed, tested and cleaned up very well. Then took the time to explain everything that I had questions about. I would highly recommend these guys and this company to anyone with plumbing needs!

Rooter Master phone staff is very cordial and professional. The plumbers, Hunter and Jeremy, arrived on time and did an awesome job install our 60 inch vanity, and regulating our toilet flush time. We were so happy they took away the boxes. Two nice hardworking guys.

Today I had Rotor Master come out to give me a free estimate and fix our washer drain. They sent Hunter and Jeremy out to take a look and fix my problem. They called prior to arrival, when they arrive they asked the questions and took a look. They were very professional and worked well together. It turned out to be more work then I thought. When finished they test it until I was satisfied. They did a great job. I would recommend them to my friends and family, and ask for them if needed in the future. For two young guys under 25 years of age they me feel good about the company.

I really appreciate how quickly they scheduled the repair and fixed a broken pipe that was causing water to enter my basement. Their prompt response was a huge relief.

However, I can’t give 4 or 5 stars due to how they left my home after the job was completed. They had to dig a hole in my front yard to make the repair, but they left a large mound of dirt and didn’t properly fill the hole back in (see photo).

Inside my basement, they made an effort to clean up the mud that got tracked in, but I felt they could have done a more thorough job. Additionally, they forgot to replace a drain cover that had been moved during the repair.

Overall, I wouldn’t be opposed to using their services again, but I would make sure to clearly communicate my expectations regarding cleanup and restoration after the work is done.

Absolutely terrible follow-up from this company and I still have to yet address the poor quality work that was performed that caused me to have to have another company come out and do the drain cleaning better. It's taken many calls to follow up and the small task they were to do last week still hasn't been done. The techs were good to speak to but the work is proving to not be the best and the office personnel is absolutely unfriendly and acts like we are bothering her when we call to follow up on what should have been done a week ago. Cannot recommend at this time - hopeful they will finish what they are supposed to and then will start the conversation about the initial work that had to be re-done by someone else that I already paid for.
