Reviews of local pros in Toledo, Ohio

Savory did a great job of taking down some trees in my back yard. The team works really well together and they are efficient and neat!

Company is not professional all . Workers operate heavy machinery and trucks with little to no care. And the Owner is rude and has no respect for safety of others on the highway. Their truck almost killed me and my family on the expressway with a giant log that flew out of the unsecured truck and shot through my windshield almost killing the driver and causing serous accident on road. When business owner was notified of situation and did nothing but deny that his truck could have ejected a log out of the back and completely disregarded. We have camera footage of the truck and damage, and will be reported to police immediately. Hit and run ..Good luck

Very professional from the moment i called. I Set up a time & date for an estimate and it was a bit higher than most of the bids i got for the job bt this company has been around since 1951 & we all know that quality last so i decided what the hayyy lets do it & Savory’s responded with well get you on schedule & about 3 weeks later came n got the job done n billed me the following week. I would recommend Savorys for any tree or shrub work they are the TREE DOCTORS OF OUR AREA.

We had Savory Tree come out and trim our big maple tree. They did a wonderful job and a fantastic job cleaning up all of the debris. We would highly recommend this company for any tree service.

I have been using this family owned business for years now and have ALWAYS been very happy with them. They never disappoint. Very professional, responsive, dependable and the list goes on. I would highly recommend them for your lawn and tree service needs.

I called Savory Tree about my spruce trees, have several of them, they had been getting fewer and fewer needles and not looking healthy, This spring after about 18 months of treatments, these 40' trees look fantastic, healthy thick and beautiful
Thanks you LE Savory, keep up the good work

Great customer service and work! The crew showed up and did the job quickly and effectively. Even when I asked them to take out two additional trees, they were happy to oblige. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Wonderful crew!

I will definitely use this company again!

On 6/14/22, Savory sent an employee out to trim my rhodendrum. The contract stated he would remove dead wood, reduce in size and shape. First of all he hacked away the growth from my house, he did not remove the dead wood and he did not shape it. The contract also stated he would call before coming, which he did not. In addition, the receptionist at the office is one of the rudest people I have come in contact with at a business. Bill Savory has not contacted me about this issue, but I did receive the invoice! I would NOT recommend this company.

Had a good estimate with a Mr Savory.... We talked about the trees that I needed removed... Along with my questions and concerns. He was definitely cool to talk to and I got a excellent character vibe from him! I've had issues with a few of these other tree companies, Northwest, All Seasons, Shue.... I could definitely name a few others. Initially I needed 15 tree's cut down... No one wants to work seem like... And they don't keep their appointments!! Ridiculous how companies are ran nowadays! So I cut 13 down myself! I don't think I will have issues with Savory.... Different kind of company hopefully! Will update after my appointment with pics after they remove my last 2 trees!

This company worked twice at my parents property in Maumee. Once to prune a large Maple tree that was dangerously overhanging the front of the house and the second time to remove a diseased/dead tree. They also kindly referred us to a reputable and reasonable stump removal company. All transactions were handled professionally and within all time frames discussed. All work areas were cleared and cleaned when work was completed. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

They've always done a good job for me. Have had them do several jobs over the years.

Guys showed up on time. Did a great job cleaning up stuff so I wouldn’t hit anything with my mower. No question we will used them again!

Anthony and crew were great!
They squeezed our job in quicker than anticipated, and cleaned up the job site we never even knew they was here.

Quick to give us an estimate. Here to take the tree down the same week. Clean up was awesome. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I had 7 very large trees removed from my home by Climbing Spur Tree Service. Anthony and his crew were extremely professional and courteous and his prices were better than anyone else

This company was supposed to trim a tree for me last week . The owner of the company showed up for an estimate high as a kite . I could see the white in his nose . Once he found out about me changing my mind he started yelling at his workers and sped away like a 2 year old . He is very disrespectful . I don’t recommend this guy !

Very fast, efficient and helpful! Did a great job at a very reasonable price!

I had a tree limb fall on a saturday on neighbors garage ..Gave Anthony a message and he responded right away..He also came within hours to asess the job ...The crew came today ,in the rain and all! . They did complete removal and raked up yards and did a great cleanup for a great price..very professional and hard working guys ..Call Anthony for your Tree needs !
