This company is top-notch! After our basement flooded, they came out next day (which was a Saturday) and began the process of drying it out. They came back and removed all the items that we needed removed, and made sure everything was sprayed and completely dry before removing their equipment. The whole crew was respectful and pleasant and very caring about our situation. They really took the stress out of the situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us!

My sister her husband and myself are so grateful for this company's prompt response to prep our home before a treatment company arrived to eliminate a bedbug infestation, localized to the upper loft. The owner had a wealth of knowledge about these pests and was willing to share his experiences about these bugs freely.
His crew worked well together and was diligent and tidy, as also professional. After assessing the loft area, the crew reported the bug infestation was rampid. My family and I requested the carpet in the loft and on the stairs be removed as well. Although originally not apart of this contract, the owner was willing to schedule that task the same day and he even allowed us to barter the additional cost.
We would most definitely recommend this company's services to those in need. We would use them again for sure.

We identified some water damage from our washing machine just prior to Thanksgiving that had been going on for awhile. We called AAA and they were over in less than 2 hours. The owner Stephen Johnson got involved immediately and followed through with everything he said they would do to correct the damage. We were impressed with Steve's hands on as well as the professionalism of the rest of the employees. Definitely a positive experience in a difficult situation.

I can't say more about the professionalism, quality and efficient work ethic from this company. We had our basement flood less than 24 hours before our house selling/closing and Stephen Johnson was nothing but overly accommodating- made sure to keep both the sellers and the buyers as well as the realtor in the loop at all times with frequent and timely updates. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what I would've expected from a company given the unique situation.

I used AAA Standard Services after a small fire in my home. What a great group of people with exceptional knowledge and helpfulness in a very difficult time. After a heavy rain overwhelmed our old pipes and flooded our basement, AAA Standard Services was prompt to schedule an estimate and get a cleanup crew in the next morning. Every technician that was here was respectful, hard working, and efficient. They made sure the job was done right. Hope I never have another need to call them, but wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
