My experience with Studio 76 Kitchen and Baths was wonderful. As with any major remodel, of course there are going to be some aches and pains along the way. But I must say that this company far exceeds any I've worked with in terms of customer service! They went above and beyond to complete the project as I had envisioned it: a luxurious and beautiful bathroom! I am especially grateful for Jonathan and Christopher. They both are excellent at what they do and treat their customers with respect! I was also very impressed with how everyone in the company respected the house and left the worksite clean and tidy each day. Well done Studio 76!

Went in on a Saturday and discussed our project with a very nice woman. She showed us around her showroom and gave us cabinet information. She referred us to a man named Chip. I told him we had a contractor but was looking for help with cabinet purchase and design along with countertop selection. He asked where else we were looking and I told him Studio 33 which was mentioned to us by our contractor. He immediately mentioned he would not be able to compete with their price. When I told him I care more about quality of design and item than price, he said “they will win”. It was the most bizarre thing. The only thing I can think of is either: a. He didn’t think we could afford him or b. He didn’t want the job because we already had a contractor. He may do great work but definitely judgmental. Just be aware.

Chip, Will and the team were fantastic to work with. They took time to answer our questions, explained their process and did a beautiful job. They removed and installed new backsplash tile, counters, sinks, lighting and plumbing. I'd highly recommend them. We're very happy with our new kitchen and powder room!

We are currently doing a bedroom and bathroom remodeling project. We reached out to Studio 76 for direction. Chip was extremely helpful with advice on door and cabinet selection. Jonathan assisted with our shower and glass door layout. It was a difficult project due to sloped ceilings and we wouldn’t have the amazing layout if not for their help. They are both very professional and we would recommend Studio 76 to anyone building a new home or remodeling.

Seven years ago almost to the day after my kitchen reno, Chip came out in the rain to inspect overhead kitchen window light inside and out. Two cups of water had appeared in bottom of globe covering fixture following heavy wind and rain the previous Sunday. Inspection beyond intact fixture and vents extended at my request to upstairs bathroom window for possible source. Chip suggested roofer and plumber as next options to rule out leaks. A business person who cares so much to assure a path forward for peace of mind is rare and valued. Highly recommend Studio 76!! I recently completed a major kitchen renovation with Studio 76 and couldn't be happier with the entire process and end result. This is my third kitchen remodel and have some previous experience to compare it to having been through the process a few times before. Chip did a fantastic job incorporated our thoughts and ideas into the overall design, and he included some excellent suggestions that we would have never thought of. There was an excellent selection of quality materials and products to choose from. Costs, payment schedules, and work schedules were provided in a timely manner and reviewed in detail, and any changes clearly communicated. All the individuals who worked on the renovation were top notch and delivered excellent craftsmanship, with care and attention paid to every part of the project. The work was completed within the expected windows, and I was regularly kept informed of the progress. In addition to new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, walls were moved, the layout changed, and some much-needed lighting improvements added. The jobsite was always kept clean with extra precautions taken to minimize the impact on the rest of the living area. A few things that stood out to me working with guys at Studio 76 was their honesty, personal involvement, attention to detail, and willingness to share their expertise and advice throughout the entire process. My wife looked at the reviews for F2F and saw mostly good reviews and 8 not great reviews.
So she selected them, never dreaming that the 8 not great reviews were telling the truth.

We had a signed contract for a full remodel of our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room which included the backsplash in the kitchen. They made a mistake on their quote for the backsplash portion and wanted an additional $1000 to it. They came and measured everything before starting.The guy in charge of the tiling side of the business said he would have his guy do it but then refused to do it since we would not agree to their ripoff.
They left us high and dry and said to find someone else to do it.
Mind you we always paid them in full anytime they asked for a payment.
We could have bought a luxury car with the money we gave them.
Keep this in mind they took down the previous backsplash. We just wanted the same area tiled that they took down. They would not do it. Saying they were not aware that we wanted this done.

Similarly in the bathroom they took down a toilet paper hanger and towel rack.
We bought brand new ones to go in the remodeled bathroom and had in plain sight for them on the kitchen table. They did not put them up without asking for more money.
Unbeliveable !
They left the bathroom unfinished for weeks by not installing the toilet or finishing the shower
ceiling.They finally did after multiple calls to the office

We were told the whole project would take 3-4 weeks instead it took 5 months.
We had weeks go by where no work was done.
We never were made a priority even after paying them a small fortune.

They had no foreman in charge of finishing the job.
Always had to call their office to complain and they were rude in their response.
We had hired them in good faith.

Again I say Do Not Do Business with this company.

They put kitchen cabinets in. Shoddy work incompleted job. Would never recommend. They ghosted me not returning calls. Had to get another contractor to redo most of what they did not complete and correct most of what they did do. Terrible experience!!!’

Extremely happy with how our basement bar turned out. Very responsive , answered every time I called and if I left a voicemail they called me right back, everyone who came out was very professional , project turned out great !

They did a great job installing my cabinets, a little pricey for just an install but satisfied with the work.
