Product was available and exactly what I was looking for. Pricing very good. Paid extra for two day shipping which was worthwhile for me as my BMW battery was discharging too often in cold weather conditions.

I was searching for replacement batteries for my UPS unit (RBC 43) and I was skeptical about ordering some random batteries from Amazon as I was unsure if they would work but then I found this website, not only did they have the best price and free shipping (after spending so much $$). They had an awesome video explaining how to perform the EXACT thing I needed to do.

They have an excellent selection with great prices and my order arrived promptly. I received the correct battery for the product but the manufacturer had since changed the type of battery in their product, probably due to availability issues. Sadly, the lead connections are different. Techbattery promptly emailed me return postage after answering the phone with a real person even though this issue wasn't their fault. I have to say, customer service is indeed excellent! I had to scour the internet for this old type of battery but I haven't received them yet from the other company. I may have to end up buying a newer product completely. In any case, Techbatterysolutions is first rate! 5 Stars!!!

Short and sweet version: TBS supplied me with the exact batteries I needed to rebuild the battery packs in my Cyberpower rack-mount UPS, at roughly half the cost of buying replacement battery packs from Cyberpower. They packed them well, and shipped promptly. It took me longer trying to get Cyberpower to confirm what batteries I needed (which they never did) than to identify, order and receive the batteries from TBS.

Excellent battery! I needed a new battery for my CyberPower UPS (625VA) and High Tech Battery Solutions provides a good product. Website description was accurate with battery dimensions - which is important since it needed to fit a small space.

My order came promptly I ordered two on the received one it wasn't until I called that I found out it was out of stock and I had to get a refund for the remaining battery other than that everything was great

Customer service is truly a rare thing to find anymore. My scooter wasn't working, I couldn't find anyone to help me in my area. It was signaling a battery issue. I kept trying everything I could find or think of for weeks. Calling everywhere, even off shore. Then I contacted High-Tech battery solutions. I spoke to Richard . He is priceless. From selling me the correct battery, to troubleshooting my scooter over the phone. My scooter now works!

What a waste of time. I paid for 2 Deka batteries, and after a week with no answer, I emailed them, and Mariana replied there was an error in the shipment, and it was shipped the same day she replied. I later then asked for a tracking number and if they couldn't provide one to just cancel my order and refund my money. Currently waiting on refund. So it seemed Mariana would lie to you to keep your business until you can no longer wait. Too bad as they would've been the supplier for 3 of the shops I purchase parts for and batteries being an item that is the first to go on cars, it would've been a good account.

Very nice website that used PayPal so I felt protected. I couldn't beat the price for my battery considering the manufacturer was even sold out. The shipping was a little slow probably not their fault(via USPS) but I couldn't beat the price. Overall good experience would buy here again.

The batteries worked great. They are now installed and charged and working great. We will order from you again if I need a battery. Delivery was very fast. I was slow in installing them.

After a bit of searching on-line I found this company and an actual battery that fit correctly. Sold! Other sites had batteries that the battery finder widgets said would fit but after reading dimensions if published most were too wide. This site had a direct fit replacement, and was reasonably priced that's why I bought it.
