Had a horrible experience with this company. They cancelled two appointments with us when they needed to complete the plumbing work for our bathroom. They completed the first part of the job . However it seems that they are rufusing to complete the rest of the job which has been paid for. Went to their main office in Twinsburg to get an explaination from the owner. The owner became irate and refused to listen to his customer. We asked for a refund for services that were NOT completed. The owner told us to get a lawyer and threatened to call the police if we did not leave the office. This company’s mission statement on their Facebook page and website pretty much appears to be a counterdictions of terms. Stay away from these people.

Horrible they came out and gave an estimate for bathroom plumbing work and to install a tub would not answer calls and did not even bother to show up that saturday they came on Monday with a million excuses and was suppose to come back on FRIDAY I spoke to Todd at 8:56am and was told that he would be at my house between 1 and 2 pm when I called him at 1:30pm phone went straight to voice mail and continues to go to voice mail which leads me to believe that I have been blocked will never use this company again and pray no one else does either

This company is very unprofessional. I hired them to fix a sewer line problem in May,2018, which was not cheap!! And today January,2019 I have water in my basement AGAIN & the owner Jim refused to honor his warranty and come see why I was getting water in my basement. I had to hire another plumbing contractor and PAY for the new crew to dig up the sewer line that Ohio Plumbing laid because their work was defective. I will be seeking legal action. Do not hire this company!!!!

Very professional and clean with his services. The price was reasonable with no hidden fee's. My wife said he was on time and the pipes no longer clogged up. He even did some extra work and plug a hole that has not being used.

Brian did our plumbing at our new house. His work is impeccable ! He is very organized and a great communicator. We have received a ton of compliments on his work.
He also did a heated garage floor, heated stoop and heated rear patio for us. I highly recommend him and his services.

Technician Matt McMillan was on time He was very friendly and courteous . He assessed the problem with a leak ,gave us options We agreed to the repairs He fixed the problem We are very satisfied with his work .

Joe was a great technician. I don’t throw around the term hero very often, but he is the greatest American hero in my universe. He fought a clog in a kitchen sink drain for 2 hours with no complaints and was able to conquer the stubborn beast. He left a clean area after he left and provided tips on avoiding this hassle in the future. 10/10 on all facets of his job. Would recommend to anyone.

Roto-Rooter was great to work with. They were responsive and were able to get a plumber out to me within 24 hours. Joe was great. He was thorough and cleaned up any mess that was made.
