clicked on the wrong Epic, unsure of this company

Friday evening and power is out, generator does not start. Three children, wife and dog are looking at me. I call night emergency number. Minutes later a call back. has me open it, tells me to hit certain buttons and it fires up. Outstanding immediate help on a Friday evening! Great people!

Dolphin Electric started maintaining our Generac Generator in April 2026. We had a positive experience with the Technician, Jerry, who maintained the generator. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. Jerry found an issue that likely caused our generator to trip during an outage.

Not the greatest Father’s Day when lighting in your house goes out/flickers. After several hours of attempting to find the source of the problem, I had enough. I was reached out to Dolphin electric the very next morning and not only were they the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with but Michelle was able to get a technician out that same day! Dolphin electric is the best! From the office employees to the electricians, they are professional, kind and responsive. We had a little problem with our generator not kicking on, they attempted to help me over the phone, but then immediately sent a guy by. He was there within 15 minutes and solved the issue within 5 minutes of arriving. That’s some seriously good customer service!!

I purchased a Gererac generator about a year ago after countless power outages at my home. I also organized a group of my neighbors to buy together to get the best possible deal. Dale paid me a visit and I (and 4 of my neighbors) placed the order. Dale's crew did a great job with the installation and provided great communication. One year later, I have used the generator for a total 43 hours for 5 different power outages and it has been flawless. In fact, 3 more of my neighbors ordered from Dale in the past week! Very highly recommended!

Purchased our generator almost two years ago. Waited for a failure, the peace of mind has been unbelievable. When the power went out the generator turning on sounded great. We can't thank you enough for all your great service and for being there when we needed the power backup.

Full explanation of why I needed size of generator 22k. Price was lower than locals on 14k generators who people just call because the locals believ they a captive audience. Crew showed up when the day they were scheduled. Went over project, kept us informed, went over everything thoroughly. 5 out of 5
