The Technician Kevin and his apprentice Gavin were friendly professional and cleaned after the work was completed they offered expert advice and was able to diagnose and fix the problem I would recommend Snyder to anyone that has heating and cooling needs

I was very disappointed in my experience with this company. I had them come out to make an easy repair on my furnace. I was given a quote to repair of 350$, not inexpensive but I had no heat and he was able to fix it immediately. When I received the bill two days later, it was almost twice the price. When I called to inquire, I was met with a very dismissive and accusational response. I was told the quote did not include the minimum trip charge of 145$ and an additional 120 for the second hour of work. Oddly, the technician was here less than 35 min which I had on camera. The person I spoke to on the phone did not like that I had time stamped proof of the technician being here. He did credit the 120$ but said he would do no more and was not responsible for the quote the technician gave. I checked on the part required to repair and it was significantly up-charged as well. I can’t fault them for that except that, after being given a quote to repair, to up-charge parts, add trip charges and then pad the time spent doing the job, I’d say I felt pretty taken advantage of. Im not one to leave bad reviews but this is one I was very disappointed in!

Quick, HONEST and friendly!! Will definitely always be our first call and our #1 recommendation to others! We called at 11a and our AC unit’s new motor was in and running by 3p! Kevin was awesome.

Fast, efficient and responsive. The technician quickly troubleshooted our air conditioner and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Snyder's is now my new go too company for our HVAC system.

John, the technician, called out due to low air output. I had called several other companies and already spent over $1000. John said, "Let's just see what we find." Within 15 minutes, he decided the coils needed cleaning. Wanted to check temp before and after cleaning, so we left the thermometer on vent in home. Told him last company said I needed freon at $400 a pound, and he was not convinced. Once he cleaned the coils, he noted a huge digference in pressure. Great, honest and knowledgeable. Will never call another company!!!

As I was sitting in my car crying caz he had just shut furnace off because it wasn't safe ( Ice storm 5 hrs away), he walked up said we have the part and will have it fixed in a couple of hrs. Great bunch of guys. I highly recommend them

Kevin arrived a little bit before the appointment time, which was perfect. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer & explained in detail so we knew what the problem was... gave us estimate of repairs & then called with exact amount of parts & labor totals... John came out to check my Mini Splits. He was very informative with all of my questions. He checked everything and got me ready for the hot temperatures. Thank you so much John and Snyder’s Heating and Cooling. Will definitely be calling them again.

Snyders was recommended by our furnace man when he retired, only one he would recommend and Kevin & crew has never disappointed us! And a couple years ago they put a new furnace system in, so very happy!

I own a Mitsubishi mini split that started giving me problems with leaks. I did everything I knew to do and eventually I looked on here and saw Snyder’s Google Reviews and took a chance. I’m sure glad I did because they sent out John the next morning and confirmed that I am indeed, a moron. My mini split was ever so slightly angled and the drip tray wouldn’t drain correctly. Honestly though, it was worth the service fees because John was able to double check everything and give me tips on how to take care of my mini split. I’ll 100% be calling Snyder’s again if I have issues.

My a/c unit went out and they came to service it within a day. Price was reasonable and the tech, Brad, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Brad was so courteous and came right on time. He called first like we requested to make sure I was home because I had an appointment early that day. We have always used Snyders and will always continue too.

Called about an issue with my mini-split system. John came out and ran diagnostics to see what was going on. Gave me a lot of good information about how the systems work. Issue found was from installation, he told me what to tell my installer to get it fixed. I also noticed how good John worked with the younger tech working with him, I think being a new person entering the trade you would want to be treated well and I saw that with John. Definitely recommend him and Snyder's when you need service.

I called Snyder Heating and Cooling after using a company down the street that did not resolve the A/C issue. John completed his inspection and repair on Tuesday, returned on Wednesday just to follow up and make sure everything was working. The cost was less than the company who didn't get the job done...and the 2nd visit proved to me how much Snyders wants to take care of their customers. Excellent service and communication from John!!!!
