Landscaping reviews in Valley City, Ohio

Beautiful spring cleanup and mulching done at my apartment complex! First cut looked great as well!

Just talked with Cory. I have a corner lot with cleaned out beds… asked for a Ballpark per yard mulch install…. Said he would not tell me over the phone… i need 7 yards of black mulch and will spend up to a grand… he wasn’t interested…

Very reliable and professional with our lawn care!

I highly recommend this company! The men that came to my home were very professional and knowledgeable! Tyler Brad and Erron made my land look beautiful! Pricing was affordable and well worth every penny. Thank you guys for all the hard work! I will continue using this company.

Tyler and his team, from day one, have always been professional, responsive and very easy to work with. They perform at a high level, with one service not listed above, Snow & Ice Mgmt, delivering consistently. Will continue to partner with Tyler & his team at ASE for years to come.

Thanks - Tony

Cleaned up my parents property that I need to sell. The crew worked all day, even though the rain. Excellent job and well recommended.

ASE Outdoor Solutions recently did a Spring cleanup, edged and mulched our entire yard. The crew that worked at our house paid attention to every detail, they didn't cut corners, and did a meticulous job. I could not be happier with the job that they did! Thank you Tyler and Crew!

excellent experience with ASE. Tyler was most helpful with landscaping ideas and my yard was grated perfectly. This was the first year that I had no problems with water collection in my back yard. Very professional. Great costumer service. Would highly recommend. Love to support local business

Tyler has a very talented team. They are very professional, prompt, and know how to build a wall. I would recommend them to anyone. We are very pleased with their work, and will have them back soon to continue our project!

Scheduled an estimate with Cory for a retaining wall repair. He didn't show. When I called he was in the office and was confused. Although, I had given my name, he asked if I was someone else. He then said he got his wires crossed and had it scheduled for another day. Definitely, wouldn't hire them when they aren't able to perform a simple estimate.

I’m sure any home owner can attest how overwhelming it can be to find a reliable and fair company to perform any service. What I didn’t anticipate was how big of a challenge it would be to just get a call back from the 5 companies I had reached out to for an estimate.

Thankfully, I happened upon A New Image Landscape’s website and was blown away by their portfolio. Not to mention when I reached out to them for an estimate they returned my call almost immediately!

Coordinating with Neil and Deanna couldn’t have gone more flawlessly they listened to all my concerns and managed my expectations wonderfully.

My landscaping is no longer an embarrassing eye sore; now it is a point of pride. They transformed my overgrown and outdated shrubbery into a perfectly manicured outdoor oasis.

I recommend this company every time the opportunity arises, and will continue to utilize their services for both my home and business.

A New Image has done several projects for me and they always go above and beyond. Neil and his team have done hardscaping (large retaining walls, pavers), landscape design / installation, new concrete driveway, exterior lighting and lawn maintenance (seasonal cleanup, mulch, edging / mowing). I've recommended A New Image to several friends and family and they all come away equally impressed. Great people, great company!

I had a very positive experience with A New Image. They completed my front and back yard in a very timely manner. I have a beautiful back deck with railings to keep my dogs safe. They also made a separate area with grass for them to use. I get so many compliments on my front yard. They created a unique brick planter and filled it with plants and a cute miniature Japanese Maple tree. They puts lights everywhere, on the trees, in the side of the planter and to shine on the house. Everything is on a timer so I don't have to worry about anything. I'm still using them for lawn maintenance because they do such a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed a concrete foundation with sonotubes installed for a covered porch along with a concrete base for a patio completed in my backyard. When contacting companies for quotes, I had to chase people down for responses. I also experienced no call no shows from several companies when an in person meeting was scheduled. This was NOT the case with New Image Landscaping.

From the get go they were extremely responsive and punctual. They were a pleasure to work with and very professional. The finished work was exactly what I requested and their prices are very reasonable. They also did a very nice job of keeping my yard and grass intact for having a lot of foot traffic and heavy machinery in the yard. They cleaned up and left the yard, sidewalks and driveway in good order.

I highly recommend them and would use their services again.

Neal and Deanna are an incredible team! Their ability to design , execute and maintain landscaping is unmatched. Over the last 3 decade's their contributions to the beautification of our communities are unmatched!

Working with Deanna and Neil has always been a breeze. They do what they say and more. I have used them for a few projects already and they’ve exceeded our expectations. I have referred them to friends and family and they all had the same experience. I highly recommended A New Image Landscape.

My yard was overgrown, didn't know what to do with it. Deanna and Neal are great! It is a self employed business and they take pride in their work and they have great workers. They came to house gave suggestions, priced out each thing so we could pick and choose based on budget. Yard looks great. They were on time, professional, and efficient. We even went with the lights after, which look great.
They know there stuff and it is enjoyable to be in are yard again.

Working with Neil and his team was a great experience from start to finish. The patio and landscaping exceeded every expectation and left us with a beautiful backyard that we absolutely love! They truly go above and beyond at such a great price.
