I have been attempting to contact Coverall starting February 16th. I have now left 6 voicemails and filled out the online form three times. They charged us for four visits in January 2026 but only came once. In addition to being unreachable and charging us for more visits then actually completed, they did not clean the women's toilet on their last visit.
Our company has been a customer for years, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.Update: After one month, I was able to reach someone. Once I was in contact, they handle my request promptly with no difficulty. The cleaning itself was pretty good, but the difficulty communicating was a sore point.

Would never recommend this service. It hires out the work to "franchises" who are responsible for your work, but if there are any issues with those "business owners" they will not help you.
