Had a unique situation with my tankless water heater and Adam was determined not to leave until we had it resolved. As a customer, he made me feel like my situation was important to him and wasn’t just rushing to get to the next job. He gave some comfort and confidence that we would get hot water running again that day - and he delivered! He even went out of his way to help come up with a solution to not allow the situation to happen again. Outstanding effort and I really appreciated the quick turnaround, effort and professionalism.

Alex did a great job for us. We needed him to replace the gas supply to our kitchen stove. He completed the job quickly and made certain we were satisfied before he finished. He re-did a bit of the work because of an idiosyncracy with the new stove's clearance to make sure it would slide into place like we wanted. Very satisfied

Mr Paxton Geng was fabulous. He is a master technician: knowledgeable, professional, with a strong work ethic. Though these repairs came as a surprise, he made it as painless as possible. Very professional pleasant young man…his name was David. Didn’t mind me watching him work, cleaned up when he was finished and most importantly looked me in the eye when he spoke to me. I think the price was fair for the work that was done. I would definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get same day service for a clogged drain. The plumber that arrived quickly understood the problem and started work on the most common fix. When that didn't succeed he arranged to return the next day to replace a corroded pipe behind a wall. He was very pleasant and professional and explained what he was doing while offering options.
He solved the problem and left me with peace of mind that I won't have further issues.

Dan Farmer performed an extroardinary job of opening up a bathroom sink which had become extremely slow and clogged. His mannerism was wxremely professional business wise and socially very cordial and great conversationally. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for services they provide and won't hesitate to make the call when needed.

All the men were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our work was totally unexpected so having as many as 6 workers plus many many machines was a tad bit stressful for us. Mr. Rooter did their best to not add to this ... and we're very grateful!

I had a plumbing emergency this Christmas and Mr Rooter was the only plumber that set me up with an appointment the day after Christmas.
The work was done with my complete satisfaction and David, my plumbing tech took great care to inform me every step of the way. In addition he was literally the best repair person I have ever had at keeping my home clean as dragged big equipment carefully into the house and removed it just as carefully. I was totally impressed!!!

With what needed to be done. my only negative response is Mr. ROOTER... The job that was done was very expensive. I had a discount from Angi. It still didn’t match up to the cost. I paid $805. Overall, I’m very happy with the service that was done. Thank you, Mr. ROOTER.

While my reasoning for working with Mr. Rooter was not ideal, the service and experience of working with them was fantastic. We had seen a lot of water coming from our downspouts after recent storms, and Brett and Dave came out and were able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Knowing that we needed excavation work was jarring, but Jeff, Tracy, and Matt were incredibly helpful and efficient with the work. Matt has also been a big help answering questions after the project work has been completed. I'd definitely work with them again if I ever have any additional issues.

I had a great service. First they checked all places more than once for a leak and gave me all great advices. A second person came measure the moisture in different parts of the house to ensure there were no damage to the ceiling.
They were always very friendly and professional, definitely I will contact them again if I have an issue.

Mr. Rooter figured out the problem on where the smell from our kitchen sink and master bedroom was coming from. They saved us a lot of money and told us next steps if we didn’t see any improvement. I’ve used Mr. Rooter multiple times and will continue to use them for future jobs as they provide excellent service. Most of the time it has been same day service.

John came out and repaired and replaced a few things in regards to my plumbing needs. He identified some additional issues and I got those taken care of as well. Friendly service and flexibility. Great experience and efficient.

Amazing service from start to finish. Scheduling for the quote was simple and quick. Alan and Paul came out to provide the quote, answered all of my questions, and were extremely professional and friendly. Scheduling for the installation service was just as simple. Again, Paul and Alan were out and completed what was a complicated job with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Scheduling was confused. I got E mails, texts , phone calls , requests for reviews before any work was done. I was supposed to have the installation done between 8 and noon . No show. Got an email asking when I wanted to schedule, was then told I would see a crew within the hr. 2 hrs later 2 fine gentlemen came and did a fine job. As I see it, you have a mess in the office. People in the field perform well SORRY! In this review you want to know if I had a toilet or water heater installed. It was a softener. ?!?!?!

Allen was great. He was careful to tell me what I needed, but also completely open to having me pick and choose what I could afford to do even though it was a very significant repair in addition to what I wanted to do with my bathroom.

He was quick. He was pleasant. And I cannot believe the job is already done. My shower works perfectly and the water pressure Is now safe, but also still terrific.

I would highly recommend this company. I was impressed, even though this was clearly a very experienced person Working on my job, that the supervisor stopped by to check in to make sure everything was going well.

This is a clearly accompany that has it together and when you were going to spend that much money to do something you want to know you can count on them.

Our toilet broke early this morning. Mr Rooter was able to see us the same day and even made over much earlier than expected. Our tech, Rob, was great. He was fast and professional. We had a brand new toilet installed before noon. I'm very happy with how things went

Mike from Mr Rooter was a lifesaver! My furnace malfunctioned and all the pipes in my house froze and burst. Mike was there for a better part of a week identifying leaks, fixing plumbing and always looking out for our best interest. He was amazing to work with and redeemed my faith in the company after a bad experience a few years back with a different person from the same company. I would highly recommend and would give Mike a raise!!!
