I highly recommend Expert Tree Solutions. We watched them do work at our neighbors house and were very impressed! I requested a quote and Justin came out the next day, and gave me a quote that was significantly less than another company. The other company was going to take 1-1 1/2 days to trim 2 trees. Justin and his crew took down one of those massive trees. It was right at the road and very close to power lines. They did that and trimmed a tree in about three hours. They were very professional and efficient. It was fun to watch them from our Blink camera take down the big tree while we were at work. Pictured is the large tree they removed. These guys are good! Nothing expert about this business. From day one the communication was terrible. Scheduled a quote, got one, then had to follow up twice to be put on the schedule. Should have been my first indicator something bad was bound to happen. My window was between 12-4pm, and I was waiting and waiting until they finally decided to show up at 3:45pm with no courtesy call letting me know they were running behind on the site they were doing before mine. The boys came, took out the trees without the crane that was recommended due to the tight space and didn't bother to tell me they damaged the siding to my garage. I found the damage the next day. Contacted the owner, who then turned around and blamed me for having new siding put up while blowing my phone up for 3 straight days. When I hire a company who are supposedly experts in what they do, I expect the best from start to finish as would anyone. I had multiple trees in a tight area that I couldn't do myself, which is why I hired this place because I thought I'd be getting 5 star service. Wrong. Here is what this company excels at: lack of integrity, poor communication, immaturity from the owner who is very unprofessional, and the inability to apologize when something goes wrong. I asked for a refund since I had siders who could fix the damage since I had already paid for the materials. Owner, Justin, decided his guy was better than the professionals. His guy came and "fixed" it making it look aesthetically unappealing by not replacing the panels but rather cutting tiny pieces of panels, and my siders eventually fixed it anyway to make it look better because they even thought it was done poorly, and they are experts in siding. Justin should have just refunded me for the damages and labor and been done with it, but he wanted to keep the money and waste materials.

Overall, anything that requires any sort of technical tree removal or has trees by any building that you care about be careful who you go with and do your research!

Justin and his team were phenomenal! They were wonderful to work with! Very prompt, professional, & courteous of peoples property! They did an amazing job taking down the giant trees in our yard!

I can’t thank Expert Tree enough for all they did for me today! I contacted them a few days ago needing a quote and they came out as soon as they could, gave me a quote and worked on 3 large trees for me all in one day! They had very professional men with them that knew what they were doing & made sure to clean up any mess they made. They were also very respectful of my driveway & yard. I can’t recommend them enough!

The other morning my wife walked outside and noticed our huge oak in the side yard was hanging lower than normal over our house. She took a closer look and notice a huge split down the center of the trunk and it looked as though it could go at any moment, leaving our house and neighbor’s house in bad shape. Given we also have 3 young boys, this was a bit of an emergency. I called Expert Tree Solutions based on some Google reviews and Bob was out within an hour giving us a quote and working us into the next day’s schedule. The work just wrapped up and I can’t explain to y’all how quick, professional and clean these folks are. Given the price, I can’t recommend this local company enough. If you’re wary of contractors as I am, take it from me - nothing to be wary of here.

Justin and his crew did an awesome job. They took down 19 trees all in one day. He has a great crew and they all work very well together. All 19 trees were at the back of the house and there wasn’t any room for a mistake. They made it look easy, even though it wasn’t. I would highly recommend them for any tree removal work you need done.

Drop 4 dead trees on 2 different property lines to get them on the ground without damaging fences. Cody the Forman was excellent and skilled. This is the 2nd time I have used Barberton Tree the first time a tree fell on my barn and was safely removed without damage to the roof or the barn.

I had a 60 yr. Old Oak tree fall on my driveway crushing 2 cars destroyed my patio & fencing/smaller trees and shrubs/ corner of my house,shingles,rain gutters and soffits. Called Justin the owner early in the morning and left a message he called right back and said his estimator Bob would call. A few minutes later..Bob calls and states he has 3 estimates scheduled but would be at my house within 2 hours. Sure enough...Bob appraises the damage and I hire the company. Within 2 hours he had a crew of 10 men, a crane, 7 dump Trucks and a loader. Within hours he had the fallen potion of the tree removed and cleaned up like it never happened. AMAZING!
The tree was so big they had to get a bigger crane. They came back as promised and removed the standing portion of the tree. I couldn't be more grateful to this Company and it's awesome crew. I would highly recommend this company . 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...2 thumbs up 👍 👍. They made one of the worst days of my life a whole lot easier. Thank You.

EDIT. Had a tree fall on home and found out at 6am. Once again called Justin and he answered at 6am. I was his 6th call because of storm. Justin and his crew had tree off house and cleaned up by 11am. They take pride in their work and they are simply the best at what they do. Support this small business owner. You won’t be disappointed. I have used them 3 times now and they have impressed me every time.

Hired Expert Tree Solutions to trim some trees. There were obstacles that prevented heavy machinery from being used. Justin and his crew were polite punctual skilled and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Expert Tree Solutions and will be using them again in future.

Called for emergency services to remove a tree that landed on our roof. Very happy with the services provided! The crew showed up in a timely manner, were quick and thorough in their removal and cleanup of our downed tree, and communicated what they were seeing as far as damages done and potential trees that would create issues in the future. Very friendly and would absolutely use their services again.

The service was great, the workers actually came early to do the planned work. The tree was in an ackward place behind the garage requiring a crane and other trucks. Everything was done in a timely manner and the cleanup was being done as they worked. We highly recommend Expert Tree Service.

This group was timely, professional, and did great work very quickly. They were in and out of our tight backyard in about 2 hours to remove a large Maple, and were back the next morning to grind the stump. Would recommend their great work for a very fair price!

We were thrilled with the job Expert Tree did for us. We had 4 trees removed, one right next to the house so a bit tricky. But the crew was solid and worked very well together. Expert was actually the highest of 3 quotes but price is simply what you pay - value is what you get. We like the fact that they own and operate their own crane, and frankly, the good vibes stated with Bob who wrote estimate. In and out in 5 hours! Very pleased.

Expert tree solutions did an EXCELLENT 5 star job cutting our trees down. Their work was fast, precise, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the area. The reason they ended with a 3 star review is because we were verbally told that they would take care of all the root runners in our yard and haul away the stump grindings. Now, we're in a situation that feels very dishonest and we're trying to get rid of 3 trees worth of stump grindings ourselves because they "never ever ever take the mulch" and there's still plenty of roots sticking out that we'll have to dig out ourselves. Overall; they did a fantastic job and even went above the rest by OFFERING to take care of the root runners, a bonus stump in our yard, and haul away the mulch. Nobody else offered to do any of that, and expert tree at least provided SOME of what they were offering. Maybe it was all I misunderstanding, which is why I would choose the company again but I would be careful to get EVERYTHING they say in writing.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From start to finish, Mariah is so great, and the crew was so polite, cleaned up after themselves, and keep me in the loop while handling my giant 150 yr old tree I have that needed a trimming. They are now my forever go to when it comes to handing any of my trees. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend them.

The crew did an outstanding job cutting down my tree that was very close to my home. They was very professional and worked very safely while lowering each section of the large oak tree.
