Dane did an excellent job and provided professional service for my plumbing issue!

Came out and fixed the central air on the same day it went out. They were extremely helpful and did it for a very cheap price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I knew I chose the right crew by past stellar reviews and they did not lie. Both John who inspected for quotation, and Dane who did the install showed up on time, respected my property and were professional and efficient in delivering results. Ellen in the main office was wonderful in both scheduling visits and keeping me informed of what was going on. JBJ Plumbing is my only call going forward for any need that may arise. Forget the rest.

Called them out for an estimate on my air conditioning system, which they claim to have diagnosed by telling me that it was not working and charged me a $160 service call even though they could not figure out what was specifically wrong or where the issue even is located. So be careful, their “free” estimates are $160!

By far, JBJ is the best Plumbing and Heating Company in the area. This is my second time calling JBJ. Solid professionalism from the office staff scheduling my appointment to the technician who arrived less than an hour after I called. Brian took the time to thoroughly check possible issues with my older furnace. He let me know my furnace was in pretty good shape and that it was probably an outside/draft issue. He could’ve easily convinced me that I needed a new furnace. Instead, he explained how to fix the outside issue. My furnace is running fine now. I plan on replacing the furnace next year and will only trust JBJ to install it.

Simon and the entire JBJ staff were EXCELLENT! Dennis was especially essential in getting our new steam boiler installed. His knowledge base permitted the new boiler to be installed efficiently, quickly and properly. I also appreciated the JBJ crew removing our old 600 lb boiler from our basement….not an easy task.
I look forward to working with JBJ in the future and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
