Chris and Ricky are the best plumbers in town. highly recommend JBJ as the work is always on point and to code.

The two that came out did an excellent job. They arrived early, got to work and completed the job in a single day. They did were professional and respectful. I would definitely call on JBJ Plumbing and Heating the next time I'm in need of a plumbing service.

Charged my mom over $200 for a 5 minute job. It's unfortunate and unfair this is how they are now conducting their business. A few years ago we dealt with a man from the business who was beyond sweet and reasonable.

Chris and Hunter came to our home on time and prepared for whatever they might run into, including a new sump pump if needed. It wasn't, but would have saved time and money if so. They were knowledgeable and even took the time to show and explain what problems they encountered and suggestions for mitigating future problems. The plumber fixed the leak and changed the copper pipe to the flexible plastic so that it won't leak in the future.

Came out and fixed the central air on the same day it went out. They were extremely helpful and did it for a very cheap price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Called them out for an estimate on my air conditioning system, which they claim to have diagnosed by telling me that it was not working and charged me a $160 service call even though they could not figure out what was specifically wrong or where the issue even is located. So be careful, their “free” estimates are $160!

By far, JBJ is the best Plumbing and Heating Company in the area. This is my second time calling JBJ. Solid professionalism from the office staff scheduling my appointment to the technician who arrived less than an hour after I called. Brian took the time to thoroughly check possible issues with my older furnace. He let me know my furnace was in pretty good shape and that it was probably an outside/draft issue. He could’ve easily convinced me that I needed a new furnace. Instead, he explained how to fix the outside issue. My furnace is running fine now. I plan on replacing the furnace next year and will only trust JBJ to install it.
