Quality is excellent. The problem is communication. I expect the same price per application as quoted. That does not happen. I have to call for an adjustment. Yes, an adjustment is made but I should not have to call to get it. I have been a customer since 2006. Before that is was Chemlawn. That should tell you how satisfied I am with the service. DC

I just called to cancel my services and the young man (Carlos) tried 5x to give me a discount even though I asked nicely 3x for him to cancel services - instead of telling him the fourth time that I wanted to cancel my services I was simply hanging up and he was still trying to offer me a discount as I clicked the off button - if I would want lawncare services again I won't be calling TruGreen. Good customer service would be to ask if I had any feedback after I declined a discounted service the first time and then proceed to cancel my service with some grace.
