I had an area rug cleaned by Arslanian Brothers recently. Not only did they do a great job on the rug, the guys that picked up and re delivered after cleaning were outstanding. They communicated when they would arrive, were very courteous and friendly. What a breath of fresh air.

My family has done business with this company for many years. They have high standards and do an excellent job cleaning carpet and upholstery. They also do great work serging carpet ends to remove the fringe.

Arslanian Brothers and I have been working together since I moved to Cleveland from Pittsburgh in 1972. I brought with me my first and only Chinese rug. Had a mishap on a rug, tried to spot clean it with a Bissell to no avail. Finally told myself, and I'm an Interior Designer at Design Curations, "let the experts handle this!" Called Arslanian Bros and although a tad higher, just a smidge, than others, they pick up, clean thoroughly, and bring back unroll your rugs. My 2 8x11 rugs are now shiny (literally the nap gets clean so reflects light again) and look new. Smell good, stains gone and refreshed. HIGHLY recommend Tim and Frank are a delight too!

This is the second time we’ve used Arslanian Bros for area rug cleaning. Love that they come to the house, give a time table of when to expect them, and return it in a timely fashion! This rug had pee on it from a bratty kitty….the stains were removed thank goodness. Now instead of peeing on it he lays in it. Highly recommend!

I had a large shag-style rug that had definitely seen better days, so I started looking for a company to clean it. After seeing Arslanian Brothers’ commercials for years, I finally decided to give them a call to learn more about their services.

I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient.

My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up.
I couldn’t have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic—fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I’m so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan.

I will absolutely use Arslanian Brothers again!
