Not located at this address any more. Had another company come in and not sure how this company fits in with Affordable Air company.

We started with some AC problems, solved quickly. We then had some electrical problems, replaced a breaker panel through another company, but the water heater, AC no longer worked. Since these were each 20 years old, and the furnace was 40, we replaced all three appliances. Water heater was potentially defective, but it wasn't getting enough power, replaced and relocated breaker. Now AC wasn't working (breaker had switched off with removing the panel...I know I'm stupid). Called them up. AC works, water heater works, and furnace works after a week and a half of headaches- not their fault.

Very thorough, explained everything well, and my luck what I thought was gonna be a pricey fix actually turned into maintenance work with some great suggestions. I am very pleased, even put my washer back after having to work behind it with minimal space.

The overall installation of my HVAC and furnace were great. My husband said the more experienced man on the job was polite, knowledgeable, and explained pretty much everything he was doing. My only complaint is with my thermostat... the trainee installed it slightly sideways. It works, I just hate looking at it.

Would have given 3.5 stars, just bc the technician was very nice.Called and asked if someone could look at my gas hot water tank, because the piolet wouldn't even spark. They set an appointment for I think 3 days out. I thought when they scheduled, she told me he would be here between 2-4pm. At 5pm I called to see if someone was still coming. They said my appointment was from 4-6.
When the guy came he was very nice. But he was an electrician, And I needed a plumber. He took pictures of everything and talked with his supervisor, then gave me 2 quotes. The quotes where extremely expensive. But they do a 18month no interest no payment. Then after the 18 months it would be $56 a month with 12% interest. He told me they could have someone out to fix in a day or two.
I did not use this company, but the technician that came was very nice, and if it was my only option I guess I would have made an appointment for them to replace my hot water tank.
The second quote I got from a private contractor was $1500, which was 1/2 of the quote this company gave me. And the 2nd private contractor quoted me the price of hot water tank, +$250-$300 for labor.

So they were supposed to be at my house around 1pm it was almost 5pm when they finally got there. I had to call and ask what was going on. Then the guy was nice and friendly he did fix my furnace sequencer however he did something to the brand new thermostat I had just bought. It wouldn’t even come on. I ended up having to purchase one of theirs. The only plus was that I was able to return it at Home Depot.

The guy was friendly and did do the job. So I guess it is okay but I was actually upset I felt like I had to buy their thermostat. When mine was brand new and was working before he started fixing the furnace.

I can't remember the name of our installer but he was awesome. Professional, to the point and very knowledgeable. Our new furnace and AC work great and he we above and beyond to make sure we had the best system. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
