Asked him to come look at a plumbing job. He said he would get with me next week. Gave name phone number and address and I never heard from him!

Very experienced and professional contractor. The WCH community is fortunate to have these guys providing local services and not traveling to large cities to make more $.

Stopped by on a Monday to see how much a service call would be, finally called me on Thursday. He was rude and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. He even had the nerve to tell me to have my friend watch youtube he could figure it out. I'll keep my $150.

Arrogant owner. When discussing the possibility of having to dig up and replace the sewer line from the house to the street, I made mention that I had a part time job, he said " That ain't gonna pay for it.." Taken aback T the remark. I stopped talking without mentioning my full time job and military retirement. Won't deal with them again.

They came out and scoped my drain lines under the slab. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and customer service is fantastic. Not only did they schedule and come out same-day, but they also made numerous repairs to an aged water pressure system. I highly recommend this company.

I called because my water bill is over 500 this month. They show up, two young guys didn't really look at anything and said didn't know what it was, and to call someone else. Said they couldn't do anything for 3 weeks. Really? Wow! Mom hired them a few years ago to put all new lines in, and td me to call them.

Firstly, they were very punctual. Then they proceeded to get right to work on the issues we had discussed on the phone. They were also Very friendly and Professional. I am very pleased with the results and would Highly recommend them!-)

Main sewer line had roots which caused a blockage. Service technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Within an hour he had the roots removed and the system clear. Would recommend and will use again.

They always go above and beyond when they are here working on things. We have used them several times for our basement flooding, backed up kitchen line and leaks in the bathroom. They usually get to us as soon as they can for scheduling and reply to phone calls within a decent time frame. They have always been kind, knowledgeable, and informative.

The technicians were very polite and well mannered. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly and worked efficiently and carefully. Definitely would recommend.

Gordon plumbing are great. Mark Gordon is a very professional person and easy to work with. Even with the high demand for plumber's during the extreme weather this Christmas 2022 he squeezed my family in. His workers are top notch and repaired the busted pipes in record time. If anyone needs the best call Gordon plumbing. They are insured licensed and bonded. There is a lot of so called plumber's out there but they lack the experience and are not trustworthy. Stay away from the guys in beat up old trucks with a bucket of tool's. I'm 100% on using Gordon plumbing in the future.
