Didn’t go inside because parking wasnt ideal

Very limited bird supplies compared to te Perrysburg location. Disappeared.

Bought over $600 in arborvitae bushes. Was told by owner to call if I have any issues with them turning brown within a months they did so I called him. I talked to him every few weeks figuring If they’d fully all turn and die he’d replace especially since we were in such close contact. .... But nope he was just pushing me off as long as possible to pass the warranty timeline. And then tried to make me pay $300 to replace them all. They all died within 3 months. Full warranty stopped at 3 months. Felt like I got lied too and played like a fiddle. Will never come here again. Now I gotta go dig up 12 dead bushes. Thanks a lot Wardell’s

EDIT: to contradict the owners response. Whenever I told him I watered them. He would claim "oh you must've over watered them" and if I say I held off on watering because of rain he'd say "oh you must've not watered them enough" either way he was never wrong. But there two things wrong with my situation. 1-why is you're warranty so short for bushes?kinda sketchy 2- it was a hearty Bush it shouldn't have had these issues period
And NO I did Contact him within 30 days of warranty. Because they started dying after 2 weeks
