RSM has been to my house several times as we do a complete home renovation. Very fast to respond to all phone calls and questions. Schedules service within a week, usually sooner. It’s so refreshing to have a contractor willing to take the time to explain things, who I can trust AND afford!! Save yourself the trouble and call RSM 100% highly recommend!!

I had toilets backing up, called RSM, and they called me back within a half hour and had his guys out the next morning.! .They diagnosed the issue and were very knowledgeable and fair pricing as well. I would most definitely recommend RSM and will to my Friends and family. I just moved here to Wauseon from Delta and so far excellent service all the way around. Thank you RSM!

Had Chris out today to do the repair work and they were on time, efficient, and knowledgeable! They were done with the job in just a few hours and they were so friendly. Excellent customer service. This entire team has a good set of problem solving skills with years of experience. I hired them for a smaller plumbing install job and will book a larger plumbing job requiring digging in the near future. I have complete confidence that they can do any job accurately and properly.

I used RSM to replace the hot water heating system in my 100 plus year old house. I greatly appreciated the time Chris spent with me explaining my options when replacing my system, as I had had problems with the previous system Installed by another company. They were prompt in installing the system and dealing with a couple minor problems. I appreciated their prompt response to communication sent to them. I would strongly recommend them

Arrived on time, introduced himself, put his booties on, and directed him to the basement.
Caleb was very professional and installed the water heater quire fast with no apparent issues.
He quickly explained the settings and then proceeded to bleed all of the house water lines. He also left the work area very clean.

RSM is wonderful, Caleb was professional and punctual. They came out same day to diagnose and fix our issue. They are honest, hardworking, and very polite. We will only be calling RSM for any of our plumbing and heating issues from here on out!

I called RSM on Thursday morning and we’re at by house by noon, the technician Caleb was awesome. He diagnosed the issue quickly, unfortunately he had to order the parts needed but he was able to put a band-Aid on the issue. He was but on Friday morning with the parts and resolved our issue in less then an hour. I will definitely be using RSM for any further issues that come up.

When our company was looking to quote this replacement AC unit, RSM came out quickly, were professional, and gave a very competitive quote. Chris and Caleb came out to install the unit today and did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, unobtrusive, and cleaned up after themselves. Our workday was able to continue around them. Would definitely recommend them to others.

It’s been an experience trying to find a plumbing contractor for our remodel in Bryan Ohio. Our Company has contacted numerous businesses in the area, some that were highly recommended, only to be put on the hook, and not even receive a call back.
RSM called the very same day, scheduled an appointment, and had service pricing back to us when they said they would.
Chris has been outstanding to work with, and OhioConstruct Group will look to further our relationship with a professional company.

Furnace problem- was there the next day during total heat failure,Did very good work.

He was always on time when he said what time he was coming. He did a great job installing our whole house air conditioner and heat pump.
Would really recommend him to everybody. He got back to us when we called within fifteen minutes. Nobody else returned our call.

I called on Monday and had an appointment set up for Tuesday. I had a spigot pipe that busted through winter. Chris was quick, professional, and knowledgeable! I would recommend them for anyone who needs some plumbing work done.

Chris does an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable and fair. Absolutely went well above my expectations. Explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He will be the only person I will call for HVAC or plumbing needs.
