I was advised when the tech was on his way with a text , a call & a picture of the tech. I also could follow his route progress. He came, looked at what I needed, gave me a quote & got to work when I agreed. He was done in no time. This entire thing was more of a pleasure than I ever expected. I'll be calling them again when needed.

I have the Friends and Family plan with Beck Electric. This is the first time I have scheduled the annual plumbing check that is one of the benefits of the plan. I was very impressed with how thoroughly Chris checked the plumbing. Turns out my hot water heater is 20 years old, so I decided to update it before it died and flooded my basement. He actually installed the new hot water heater today! He gave me a couple of other estimates that I asked for and helped me apply for 0% financing for 12 months. He was friendly, professional, and efficient the entire time he was working in my home. Very impressed! This was a stress free customer experience. Thank you!

Beck came out for a generator repair. I paid the bill because ultimately my generator is fixed. 1 star review comes at paying $496.97 for 2 technicians to come out for a scheduled appointment that took 15 minutes. 1 and done for me. I will not call them back for anything in the future.

Dalton Burrows and his side kick, I forget his name, but they did a fantastic job. Extremely polite and professional. I also enjoyed talking with them. They treated me like a person instead of a paycheck. Great job guys.

I had a sink faucet and tub/shower faucet, showerhead and drain replaced. They called to let me know when they would be arriving. They let me know everything they were doing along the way. They were friendly and professional. They kept their mess contained and cleaned everything up before they left.

We had a Generac Generator installed in Sept. 2025 and we would NEVER use Beck Electric again. The installers were good and professional that is the only good thing I can say about this company. We were lied to about the noise this generator would make. The houses in our neighborhood are very close so this was a huge concern of ours. We were told repeatedly that this would be no louder than our air conditioner. Either the salesman did not have the correct information or lied to us just to make the sale. Our air conditioner measures 67 db and the Generac measured 87 db on test mode without a load. By the manufactures specs it would be about 10 db louder when it is under load. We had to sell this unit at a huge loss. Beck Electric's response to our problem was Very Rude. They offered us 3 solutions none of which would have worked and/or solved our problem.

Kyle from Beck Electric came to our home after we inquired about a whole house generator at Home Depot. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. He was a very low key no pressure type of person which we appreciated. Felt confident in his company's ability to do the job right.

Beck Electric did a wonderful job at my house today. I had the pleasure of meeting Dalton and Logan. They installed three light fixtures and two ceiling fans. They were friendly, competent, and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I was able to get a same day appointment with Beck Electric. I had no power in several rooms of my home. I placed a call at 8 am and before noon Preston was at my home. He took the time to let me explain what happened, check all the rooms that were having issues before making his way to the breaker box. He wasn't in a hurry, he didn't rush through the job and he explained and showed me what happened. He even took extra time to check an outlet in a bathroom for me. He made recommendations for updating my breaker box, provided me with a quote but never pressured me to make those decisions in the moment.

Beck has been awesome! Highly recommend if you want a professional job at competitive pricing. Logan came out in the rain and got the water stopped from coming into our electrical panel until we can permanently fix it. 💪🏼

I called Beck Electric to install a bathroom vanity light after the wires disintegrated from my last light. They were on time, courteous, fast, and my new light looks amazing! They gave me three price choices to choose from... so that I choose what I can afford to fix right now and even have financing for big jobs. I can't thank Cody enough for being such a diligent worker and being so kind/friendly to my entire family. I will definitely only call Beck Electric in the future for any and all of my electrical needs.

The installer did whatever it took to take care of the cartridge replacement. In this case, the time it took made the costs seem ok. Normally, these types of repairs take much less time. I'm a retired building and remodeling contractor, so I understand some problems just happen. He was very easy to work with and I'm thankful for the repairs.

Because of the nasty weather we were surprised to get e mails saying they were coning to install the generator. They all were so professional and courteous and hard working. Because their truck was in our driveway our regular snow plowercouldn’t plow. Before these young men left, they cleaned the driveway and sidewalk. We were so impressed with their work ethics and teamwork. We would highly recommend this team.
