We've used Wellington Indoor Comfort since moving to Pittsfield Twp 4 years ago. Everyone there has been helpful, friendly, given invaluable tips and advice and come right out when the occasion calls for quick action. Even non-emergencies are handled very quickly. I was concerned with the merger of another company, but the service has remained fantastic at our local office. Definitely recommend.

Great service. Jeff came out to assess problem with sump pump. We thought the pump was installed by Wellington Comfort a couple years ago, but only the backup pump was installed. Jeff has always been very friendly & has explained everything so we understand necessary repairs. We were grateful that he personally came out to assess our problem. Then he made sure that the defective pump was ordered immediately and he sent out the technician John who was friendly and efficiently replaced the pump.

We had a heater installed mid/late fall of 2024. We did have 2 issues and the service was exceptional. First the repair was made with in hours of the initial call. The second repair the service tech arrived 2 hours early. The service tech was in our area a few days layer and stopped by to make sure everything was working good. No issues since.

I love having the maintenance plan with Comfort Control! We have geothermal and a mini-split so it is so convenient to have both on the plan to keep them maintained. The Comfort Control techs are all wonderful, but I really appreciated having Mark out as he explained exactly how everything works so I have a better understanding on what to expect from each system! I highly recommend Mark and Comfort Control!!

Travis came out this morning and quickly figured out what the issue was with my furnace and was very professional and polite. He explained the issue to me so I could easily understand. Then the issue arises again, but this time I was able to figure out how to correct the situation myself until a follow up was made. Mark came after hours and was very professional and polite as well. He explained the maintenance program and told us they will provide a quote for an add on moisture control system. Mark further diagnosed the problem after talking with Travis and me, and was able to make the correction.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful in working on the AC unit and installing a new thermostat. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing. I appreciated his attention to detail and thought he did a great job

I recently moved into a new construction apartment and the AC was not working properly. We contacted Comfort Control and Mark arrived the following morning. He was very friendly and professional and identified the issue within just a few minutes. Turns out, the original HVAC installer had never run any power to the AC unit when they installed it. Mark wired up the system in about 15 minutes and everything started working perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Comfort Control for all of your HVAC needs. Great job!

I called at 7am with a leaking hot water tank and they were at my house within 2 hours. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They had a new water heater installed in no time. Mark (the tech) arrived right on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my air conditioning unit and pointed out some other things that may need to be checked out. I was given information on a maintenance plan that would definately be helpful as well. Friendly and professional from start to finish. This is the second time I've used Comfort Control and they've never disappointed.

Mark was the technician that came out he did an excellent job cleaned everything up behind him had me up and running in no time the entire process was excellent. Unfortunately my furnace went down on a Friday night and over the weekend. No parts could be ordered. I believe it was 730 Monday morning. I got a call from their girl in the office. She was excellent. She sent Mark right away here. He was here within 30 minutes. Diagnosed my problem. he felt that they did have a part in their storage. He went back he found it. He came back within the hour and in subzero degree weather I now have heat. I would recommend them to anyone. They were excellent in all aspects of the job.
