Great service. The arrive of. Time, gave a great price, and completed the work required all in one trip. I would highly recommend them.

My technician was Jason. He had a great sense of humor and he was extremely knowledgeable about my geothermal system. I really appreciated him answering all my questions and the maintenance he provided.

Austin was great. Got here fast took care of the problem, showed me a few things I didn’t know about this particular device. Very nice tech! WJ Plumbing etc has taken care of my family’s plumbing heating problems for as long as I can remember and before. Sure do appreciate you all!

West Jefferson Plumbing responded quickly to my issue and came over within an hour after my phone call. They were able to identify and fix my problem the very same day! The technician Dominick was friendly patient and skillful and everyone I spoke to at the office was friendly and helpful. They do great work at a very reasonable price!

West Jefferson HVAC and Plumbing was able to replace our leaking hot water tank on the same day that I called. Our technicians were polite, fast and cleaned up the work area including taking our old tank. I have previously used them for furnace repair as well and recommended them.

We just moved into a new home and have had West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating out twice. Once to install a new hot water heater, and once to replace a spigot in our laundry room. It is extremely easy to get in touch with them to get work scheduled; workers are efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and willing to answer what may seem like the silliest of questions; and their prices are more than fair! They even called us to see if we could accommodate a worker coming out immediately because one of their plumbers was done with his job early, after I had just gotten off the phone scheduling an appointment with them for Friday the same week. West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating will always be my go-to. Highly recommend!

Quick response to schedule. Repairman was very friendly. He resolved all the issues and explained what the problem was. We would definitely call West Jeff plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

90° and my A/C quit working. I am so happy to have called this company. They were out within 3 hours of my call. Kevin Campbell, the technician was respectful, polite, friendly and helpful. He explained the issue clearly and fixed it immediately. And the cost was more than reasonable. It's good to have a local company to call when troubles arise. I am once again, one cool grandmother!

Another job well done by West Jeff Plumbing and Heating! Our AC unit went out on Sunday, the tech evaluated it on Monday and installed a new AC unit and A-Coil on Tuesday! They are a very honest company, conscientious, and always do a fantastic job on the installation and service. We highly recommend them!

Billed me for 45 minutes of “plumbing work” and a service fee to tell me the leak was originating from a different unit and they couldn’t fix it. Over $150 for no work performed, completely ridiculous and would not recommend them. Call and get a quote from a different company before you use these guys.

Below they stated he was there for over an hour. No chance the technician was in my apartment for over an hour let alone 45 minutes. I brought the technician into my unit and pointed out the two areas I believed the leak was coming from and it was confirmed to be one of those two areas. I was also told over the phone that the technician was there for 52 minutes, so they’re definitely lying about how long their technician was at my unit for. How long would be a reasonable amount of time for a plumber to find a leak in a 800 square foot apartment? Either way, $150 dollars for this simple diagnosis and no worked performed is completely ridiculous and they’d rather make a quick buck off of me than create life long customers.

Reached out to get a quote for replacement of HVAC system. Ivan was fast to follow up, came out quickly and provided a good/better/best style quote. Explained the options thoroughly and helped provide the details needed with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable overall. Technicians who came to install the furnace and AC were courteous, personable, on time, and did a great job. They communicated well throughout the process and explained operation of the new system. They cleaned up well after commissioning the system. The next day I received confirmation that they had registered the new system with the manufacturer for me. In addition they took care of applying rebate discounts from the utility company. We are a happy customer with a new Lennox System from West Jeff Plumbing and Heating.

My furnace wasn't working so I called West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating. Kevin, their technician, was right on time. He was very professional and explained the problem with my furnace. I really appreciate Kevin and if I need to have other work done, I will definitely ask for him.
