After years of good service, I had an incident where my fence was damaged and left, no note..no acknowledgement and no return to my requests for making it right will not return my phone calls and have not been back to cut my grass…They broke my gate and left it lay.. I have my yard fenced because I have a dog.. my dog could have been hit by a car

My husband took sick and the lawn had gotten overgrown. Coleman's sent out a crew of 3 and cut, edged AND sprayed weeds! It was looking beautiful in no time! It usually takes a few hours alone. GREAT JOB! Great Crew!

Very poor service. Took advantage of elderly home owner. Never trimmed most of the time. Buzzed the grass quickly, weeds around trees were not trimmed. Said they cut when they did NOT and charged for it , for a fact as we were home and daughter had to call. Neighbors also seen how poor the grass was taken care of. We even had to hire neighbor to cut grass when they didn’t show up. Would never recommend to anyone.

The receptionist is nice and very helpful. We had a load of gravel delivered. They were able to deliver the next day and the gentleman who delivered it was pretty cool. If you pay cash they drop the sales tax. Also at that time they couldn't " tail gate" the gravel because that truck is broke or the device used for that is broke. Which was not a problem for us. We didn't want it tail gated.

These people do care about customer satisfaction satisfaction. I called them about the horrible job they did and Kim told me that is how they work. Don't use them.!

If I could give 1/2 star this is what was deserved. First year hiring someone to do our lawn and it was a terrible experience. They didn’t show up for 2 weeks and so we called and were told by a very rude receptionist that they were at our home the previous Friday. Well, if you’re going to lie about times and circumstances, make sure your customers don’t have ring cameras surrounding their home. Then, to add insult to injury, the rude girl says they will be there tomorrow, Thursday, and guess what? They didn’t come then either. So time to move on. If you want dependable and honest, this place is NOT IT! Very disappointed with their service. They’ve taken on too many customers and can’t keep consistent workers, a recipe for disaster.
