Had them tile my house good price but getting the supplies was a pain and communication with installers was leaking.

With each recent visit, I've had to track down the help. I typically find the personnel gathered in a huddle discussing what ever in various location's of the store. After asking for help, I am just directed to the isle. I had to beg for assistance, literally. What happen to this store? The employees used to care... I will not be returning to this location.

Would love to say I received great customer service but I did not. Russ was great to have for kitchen design with, but we had technical issues trying to get the final price sent. I paid $99 for a kitchen measurement I intended to use but never received the quote after trying for a week to get it sent. The designer talked to me a few times and said it was coming and it never did. Finally a manager, David, got involved and sent it to me, it came thru fine, but that was after I wanted my money that should have gone towards the install- the install I had to pass on because I never got a quote! Word to the wise, don't get them to do your measuring because unless you are willing to work around their schedules it is a waste of time. They are not fast and didn't feel 'it warranted a refund'- talk about bad customer service. I was in their store 3 times this weekend and could have used that $99 and I also said I planned to get my counters from them and could apply the $99 there- they still would not. So now they have lost about $20K of my business and Lowe's will get it.
