Went to purchase a Christmas tree- was very happy with the selection and quality. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Great selection and super knowledgeable folks always willing to answer random questions. Early April they start to get a beautiful selection of everything, very much enjoy stopping by every weekend to see what's new!

I got two gorgeous little plants for less than $4! Amazing prices, great variety, and healthy looking plants.

Went here for fallapalooza 2023. It was so cute! Had pumpkin paintings, haunted maze (kid friendly), and two bounce houses.

Love these dudes. Some guy literally went to the corners of the earth to try and find me a specific type of plant. Good pricing, knowledgeable employees and the plants are generally very healthy!

I came to Westerville from Chicago to check on the flowers i had planted at my mother’s grave stone. Alas they were gone. My friend and i went to the Hoover garden and gift center to get perennials to plant at the gravestone. We told the story and that there was no one to check up on it. One of their employees Holly offered to water them once a week until winter. She came out to the cemetery and i showed her the gravestone after my friend and i planted the perennials. I was so overcome that someone would go that far and above to help me. I have the highest recommendation for this establishment.

It’s winter so there’s obviously not many outdoor plants displayed, but they’ve still got a ton of beautiful houseplants and decor to peruse. If you’re looking for an attractive, unique plant to add to your sunroom, this is the place to go!

We have been going to Hoover gardens for several years, they never disappoint! Very helpful staff and everything we've purchased has been thriving! We shop there regularly!

Love this place, they are so helpful and really go above and beyond in customer service. They have a very good selection, but they are also very popular, so if you wait until late June the selection is limited compared to buying in the spring, but still decent.

Great time shopping for the yard and lots to choose from for landscaping. Staff very helpful. Also, the house has lots of cute things for gifts. Always worth a December visit for a new Christmas ornament.

Bought a waxed amaryllis flower bulb for my daughter for the holidays. It is quite a show stopper. 4 great big red blooms,maybe five!

Nice plants for last minute gifts. Got just what I had in mind and was on sale. Got all for under $20 and sales asst even gave me a tip regarding care. Have been there in past for summer flowers but didn't look around. Shop has lots of things - even non-plant items. Recommend checking it out.

We've purchased many plants & landscape supplies from Hoover Gardens over the last 20 years. We have never had a problem with any purchase, but we have peace of mind that they would make it right if it were to ever happen. Recommended.

Great customer service! We recently had a maple tree planted in the back yard; however, the tree was struggling from the very beginning due to water issue caused by the clay soil and strong wind. I was told to contact the owner Jeff who responded immediately by replacing the tree with a more mature one and planting it differently to accommodate the poor drainage. We will definitely get another tree with them again.

Awesome nursery. They take VERY good care of their plants, even after the rush of customers in early spring. Also, they have a very knowledgeable staff. I asked for them to see if they had a certain soil in stock, they took my number down and called me within 10 minutes to tell me they had it and the price. Top notch nursery here.

I always have a pleasant experience here! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The nursery is a lot bigger than what it appears from the road and I always enjoy wandering around looking at all the different plants and flowers!

Good selection and the staff is very helpful. We needed a small tree for a spot that was getting too much water for the shrub that was there. They recommended a Japanese Willow and it is thriving. I also had a custom basket made and it is truly beautiful.

Holly was extremely helpful in helping us choose a variety of plants for our front garden. She took the time to draw a quick plan and walked with us around the store to pick everything out. I returned a week later to purchase a tree, she remembered me and asked how everything went with our previous purchase. I work for a small Westerville business, so I like to support local business.

Coming from Gahanna/New Albany area for garden centers, I'm used to excellent customer service ALWAYS. This place was quite the opposite. I walked through the entire center, and NO ONE said a word to me, including the cashier at the front door when I walked in, Terrible!

If your family is looking for a great haunted maze check out Hoover Gardens! Not too scary, my elementary school guys LOVE IT HERE!
