Didn't even get the service offered. One of the company cars was parked outside my place of work(Car 11). Happened to see that the driver threw trash out of the vehicle. I then put the trash under the windshield so she would throw it away when she returned to her vehicle. She threw the trash back on the ground before she left. Very unprofessional in general: considerably worse in a car advertising your services.

Be careful when hiring those who represent your brand.

EDIT: The owner called me and kept asking if I made financial decisions for my place of work. When I answered no, she promptly hung up with no notice. Clearly the owner does not care that much about how her company is represented unless you are giving her money.

If I could give 5 stars, I would!! Kay was on time and completely thorough!! But the best part, she found my wedding ring that had been lost for over a year!! THAT is how I know she is thorough in a completely empty 1,600 square foot house!! I can not recommend this company enough!! Honesty goes a long way these days!! Thank you again SO SO much Kay & Euroclean!!

We have had a wonderful experience with Valentina! She does a very thorough job with cleaning our house and takes time and attention to detail in what she does! It is a wonderful feeling coming back to our house after she has been there to clean!

My first experience was with Olga. She was on time for our estimate. After that it challenging. I'm going to make the assumption the staff clean when no one is home. 1) Never a consistent time they arrived 2) the staff were not friendly, the one gentleman never spoke 3) the dusting was poor at best 4) the lady cleaner stole medication from my mother twice 5) after several cleanings, Olga requested the checks be made out to her and not Euroclean.

When i did bring this issue to Olga, she said she'd get to the bottom of this and offered to reduce our cleaning few to the cost of the medication. I was pleased with this resolution and asked to not send the lady again. When we were scheduled for our next cleaning, no one showed, Olga never returned my text messages.

It's hard to find a good cleaning company, tried to make this work but to no avail. Time to call the police for the theft.

The team came in and did a wonderful job. We were the last stop of the day and I'm sure they had to be tired. The quality of work would never show they. They paid close attention to details and checked with me several times to make sure I was happy with their work. It's nice that they actually care about the quality of work. Highly recommend Euroclean.

EuroClean is the only cleaning service I use, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are wonderful, professional, kind, thorough and completely trustworthy. My house practically shines after they're gone!

Great job done by Euroclean. I needed a last minute cleaning for my house when the tenant left it unexpectedly filthy when moving out. They did an amazing job on the bathrooms, which were pretty gross, and did a wonderful job on cleaning the windows and blinds which previously looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since I left the house almost 6 years ago. I would highly recommend them!

I've used euroclean for several years for regular cleanings of my home. I know I can always expect a great clean and total professionalism. Our cleaner always goes above and beyond. There's no better feeling than coming home from work after they've been here and my house is clean and smells good. On top of all that, the price is really reasonable.

The poor reviews on here are undoubtedly fake. I started using their service about a year ago when I wanted a deep cleaning on a new home I was getting ready to move into. They did such a great job that I have continued to use them, in fact many times since. Over the past year I have had several their different crews come to my home, all have been friendly, prompt and concerned about my satisfaction. I highly recommenced EuroClean.

We have a 2700sf home with two Golden Retrievers, no children and two mature adults. It had been a few years since we used a regular cleaning service. The team, led by B came in and did a fantastic job. B is very thorough and works hard to do things right. She is a hard worker and takes pride in what she does. The owner, Olga, is very responsive, upfront and fair. We’ve hired them to come here every two weeks now, with B as the lead. ***while dusting was thorough it could have been a bit more shiny. Same with hard wood floors. We’ll get there, I’m confident.

She quoted me exact prices with tax and everything, so there was no question about the costs. On the scheduled day, the cleaners arrived on time and got right to work. We have been using Euroclean for 4 years to clean our house on a regular basis. Even though it is a company instead of an individual person, we still get the same cleaners almost every time and that is very nice. They do a great job for us and are very flexible with our schedule as well.
