Rob C of NexGreen texted me when he was on his way to apply the fertilizer. We have a steep hill that needs to be done by hand. He is always thorough in applying his product. He’s very polite and friendly. I know the application will be perfectly applied when Rob C is our man.

We have always had a great experience with NexGreen. Everyone we’ve worked with has been polite and very professional. Today we had Rob C. come out to do liquid aeration and fertilizing - even in the rain! Great company.

NexGreen has been my lawn/tree/shrub care company for many years across two houses and my lawn gets more beautiful every year! The services they provide are very effective. They're wonderfully knowledgeable and fair. NexGreen is extremely responsive to my needs and requests; especially in the early years when I had to periodically pause my service for financial reasons, they were always very kind and willing to do that. In my new house, they had some suggestions for the sparse backyard which I took them up on and the next season the grass had filled in beautifully. When I call with questions or concerns, the staff is very helpful and willing to refer me to someone else if it is a question that requires speaking directly to a technician. Excellent customer service! Recently I called and asked for a certain area to be more directly targeted for weed control and they came right out. Every technician since that time has read the notes and comes prepared to follow through on that request without my having to ask each time.

Rob did a great job helping with our pest service today! He contacted me beforehand to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Our technician, Rob C., from Nexgreen is absolutely amazing! I’ve never hired a lawn care service before that goes to this much effort and with this much detail to make our yard look beautiful! The grass is thriving in both sunny and shady areas. Rob C, our technician, is extremely kind, always quick to get back to me, and treats our yard as if it was his own. There are a lot of options when it comes to lawncare, but I'm happy I found NexGreen. I've been a customer for some time now and along the way I've found that they treat their customers more than just a customer or job. They truly care about what they're doing and act more like a partner who wants your lawn to be as great as you do. Every interaction I've had with managers to technicians I have always felt that they really care and they make me feel that they're invested in our lawn's success.

Rob C. is great when treating the lawn. He is very thorough is a great communicator, both before and after appointments. Each time he comes over you can tell he cares about his job and always strives to do his best.

Lyle G. has been absolutely phenomenal to work with and he runs a great group of guys. Any concerns or issues I might have he makes himself available and always happy to help. He also makes sure to follow up at regular intervals to make sure things are going ok and has went out of his way to figure out a plan for our lawn. Unlike experiences with other companies, it is clear he isn't just acting like he cares. It is very easy to see he does.

My lawn has been a labor of love since our house was built. Though it is taking some time, I'm happy to be partnered with the team at NexGreen and looking forward to see how it'll continue to develop next spring.

Exceptional experience and I continue to be impressed with the detailed attention to my lawn and how healthy my grass looks ahead of the summer. Rob does a great job! He always lets us know when he is on his way to make sure we let our dogs out before he gets there and allow us time to unlock the gate. He always ensures the entire area is treated thoroughly and always ensures the gate is closed! Our grass looks great and we have a huge decrease in insects in our lawn. With 3 mature treats and a small wooded area - this is a big difference and allows us to enjoy our yard fully.

Rob always takes the time to deliver a thorough and helpful report, and he helps determine what treatments are necessary and what we can leave. We have a very nice-looking lawn, especially for being in the country. We've used NexGreen for several years and will continue to do so.
