Khris is an outstanding choice when considering contractors for home maintenance. He powerwashed my concrete driveway and vinyl deck. Both areas were built 10+ years ago, and once again look almost like they did when new. He is courteous, prompt, and fun to work with. Call him for powerwashing and window-cleaning needs; you won't be disappointed. And when the Holiday season once again approaches, he'll do a fine job with your lights and decorations.

So K&T came by and turned our slime green fence into a gleaming white masterpiece. It is almost too white.
They also removed a bunch of crud off the rest of our house.
We are very pleased with the service and recommend them highly.

Khris did a great job cleaning our windows - inside and out. He also powerwashed our porch and the siding on our house. He was very professional and great with our dog ( who decided to be his helper for the day). Price was very reasonable.
