I had Sean come out to patch a hole in my doorway carpet. He did a great job and came back the next week to fix another small patch

Worst job ever! Pet urine smell did not go. Charged $100 more and room smells worst than before. Do not hire them for Pet urine odor removal. I would like to give them 0 points

They go above and beyond to make sure pet odor is gone! They helped us out when we were going through the end stages of life with our cat. I can’t say enough. Highly recommend.

So personable and professional. Our basement flooded and they came and removed the wet pad one day, let the floor dry. They brought new pad, restretched the carpet, and cleaned / sanitized the carpet the next day. There was residual baking soda after it dried (that was our bad decision. Don't ever put baking soda on wet carpet) and they came out AGAIN to fully get the carpet clean. Stand up business.

I have employed Knight’s Carpet Care regularly for three or four years now. They have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient. They do a nice job. Their prices are reasonable.

Called them to do same day carpet cleaning, and Sean was here within an hour and the whole process was so easy! Very much appreciate the short notice response & quality of service. Thank you!

We purchased a new house and thought I would have to replace the carpet in one room it looked so bad. I contacted Knights, they worked me into their schedule right away since we needed it done before we moved in. Carpet came out looking fantastic, the person was very professional, reasonably priced. My experience was great from the first phone call with Sean to the final results of having my couch and carpet cleaned. I have two grandkids ages 1 and 3, so my poor couch and carpet gets a lot of abuse. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and never had the fantastic results I had with Knights. I have no idea how I found this company the first time I needed my carpet re-laid, but I got lucky. This was my second time using them to re-lay my carpet after we had water damage in our basement. This time I had pulled up the carpet and part of the pad was not salvageable, so I only had part of a pad left to put back down. They answered my phone call quickly, got me scheduled quickly, showed up right on time, and were super friendly and professional. They matched my carpet pad and got everything back to the way it was. They even shampooed the carpet and the stairs for me before they left! Matt and his team are AMAZING, and so reasonably priced. He gave me a ballpark figure over the phone and that was the number at the end. Such a wonderful experience. They have a customer for life! If you have anything you need done for you carpets, I would call them first and see if they can help. Some companies would say, ohh you need all new padding to match or some sales pitch. Matt was honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He listened to the issue and gave a solution to fit. That is how you keep a customer coming back, and I will recommend them to all my friends in Columbus if they have carpet needs.

The serviceman was very professional, thorough, timely, worked very fast, and answered all my questions. We did the Option 2 for widespread dog urine stains from a previous resident, and their estimate was accurate. He covered an extra section of my living room at no extra cost, and he mentioned that they don't bother with a measuring tape to charge for every square inch. He just added extra space at no extra cost. How refreshing! Overall I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them!

I had knights carpet repair come to my home this morning to repair some carpet. They did a phenomenal job. My wife was home and they were super nice and got the job done fast and efficient for a fair price. I would 100% recommend them and they also steam carpets.

I contacted several carpet repair companies for carpet restretching. I was discouraged ‘til I spoke with Sean at Knights Carpet. He quickly gave me a very reasonable quote by phone, I made the appt, then unfortunately had to cancel.

Since I was so impressed with Seans to the point professionalism & quick response... I kept the number to reschedule.

I had purchased new furniture; it was being delivered in less than 48 hrs. I hesitated but thought I'd check to see if there was any way I could get my carpet restretched within that short time frame of delivery.

I contacted Sean leaving a message receiving an immediate reply back from Seans partner, Matt. Based on the size of the 1 room that needed restretching... my situation was accommodated the following morning. Matt squeezed me in just before his 1st appointment. Within an hour my carpet looked brand new again. I'm happy to leave this review saying that Matt did a great job & am very happy with the results.

I was amazed at such price differences from so many others and bottom line was that quality was not spared. Even helped me vacuum the room cleaning up the remnants. I would call this company again with any future carpet needs... cleaning and repair!

.So I rarely write reviews, However, Sean from Knights Carpet Care, is a miracle worker.
I had a UV/ Water resistant outdoor upholstery spray paint can explode in my living room. All over my greige
colored carpet. I tried everything to lift up the paint stain: hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, dishsoap, baking soda, and the mistake of using concentrated bleach. It wouldn't come up so I resorted to call around and see if I could get help.
I Talked to at least a dozen companies who were saying I would have to get a carpet patch done over the 4.5ft by 3ft stained space, refused to even try to clean it. Quoting me 400-500$. Here comes Sean the miracle worker, I call and explain the situation. He offers to try and clean a test patch to see if it can be cleaned and if it doesn't work he'd chalk the visit up to a free consultation for a survey of a carpet patch. He says it'll be 100$ if it comes up.(SCORE!)
He comes over within 3 days of my call and starts to lean the test patch. IT STARTS TO COME UP. He goes over the area over a dozen times making sure it all comes up as best it possibly can. In the end he got up all of the paint. He even got up some stains that I didn't realize were there. All that is left to remember this disastrous paint dilemma is the bleach stain from my attempts to fix it myself. He did it all in under an hour. Promising to be here by 11, he got here at 10:30, done by 11:20. Below are the before and after photos from sean and his miracle working.
