Always very professional, honest, kind and great service. After being ill for a long time, our house was a mess. They came and made it completely spotlessly clean. Absolutely the best.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I often need to tell them how/what I want them to do when I think they should just automatically do it as part of cleaning. They are always willing to do what is asked. I have always had a different team each time, but have requested a specific team to come every time, so this may take care of this issue. I’ll update later.

The best experience in my entire life with this company. Very kind and honest people. Very hardworking and prestative. I called them in regards a cleaning and I was in sort of a hurry to have the services done, and Brazilian Cleaning was able to come and give me an estimate in the same day I called and clean the house in the next day. I was very impressed and pleased with the thorough job they performed. I will surely recomend Brazilian Cleaning to all my friends and whoever askes me about cleaning.

I've been using Brazilian Cleaning Solutions for several years now. They are fast, thorough, and trustworthy. I've recommended them to several friends and coworkers who all love them as well!

My rating would be 3.5 but since you cannot do half I will round up to 4.

The company comes out and gives you a cost before they even do the work which is nice, no surprises in the end. They came out and quoted over $500 for a deep clean on a 2 story, over 2000 square foot house. We did ask for inside and outside of appliances, window ledges and "anything white" so thought the price was decent.

4 team members came out and were done within 3.5 hours. One woman stayed in the kitchen the entire time, the kitchen sparkled. The inside of the oven looks brand new. The rest started upstairs and did a great job, they moved furniture, cleaned under, around, over, window ledges, base boards, etc.

By the time they got downstairs I felt they were a little rushed and some things got missed. One of the outputs was still covered in dust, half of the ledges in our screened in sunroom were missed (which is one of the things I had asked specifically for), and some little things upstairs - a bathroom ledge still covered in soap marks, a couple of doors that needed wiped down. The inside of the fridge was also not done, when inquired later they stated that they don't do that unless emptied. I would have emptied it has I known.

All in all I was pleased. I would give them 3.5 stars because I had to go behind them and do about an hour worth of work, I don't mind doing some but I feel like that's a bit much. I should have looked more closely before they left, they asked us to take a look around so partly my fault! But I would use them again.

I received the name of this company from a coworker. I didn’t know if I’d like someone else cleaning my house, but I love the work they do! From top to bottom, my house looks very clean and smells fresh every time they come. They dust my blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans; mop floors; dust; sweep; and so much more! I love knowing I will have my house very clean after they’ve visited!
