I usually don't do this, I give people the benefit of the doubt. Not in this case. I recently moved to a new house with significantly more yard. As I was moving in I noticed the reichle bros trucks. They were doing basically about half the neighborhood. As I dont currently have the proper equipment to take care of this yard, I called to get a quote for them to help me out the rest of the season. Day 1 -The 1st call no one answered, I left a message, that's fine. I wait a day no reply. Day 2- I called back the, the lady I talked to told me someone would be in contact with me later in the day. Nobody called. Day 3- I called back, got the same story. Nobody called. Day 4 still waiting..... later in the afternoon I reached out to 2 other landscaping companies. I had quotes in my hand 10 min after reaching out. I'm on the schedule with one of the other companies.
I'm extremely disappointed with reichle, I would never recommend them. There are plenty of companies that do what they do, the others just do it better, alot better.
Day 5..... still no response....

I noticed a guy come across the street and up to my door today, watching him walk right through my beds and step directly on one of my hostas. Granted my beds are a mess right now, but still. He pounds on my door and imagine my surprise when I answer to find someone wearing a landscaping company logo ask to mow my lawn. You just walked right onto my plants and you want me to pay you mow them down too?!?! Hmmm, NO. He then proceeded to cop an attitude with me when I told him that. How unprofessional!!! Needless to say their attention to detail isn't inspiring either.

Reichle Brothers recently completed a drainage and retaining wall project for us. We interviewed a number of companies, but Bud Gard was far more impressive than any other representative. He listened, then applied his many years of experience and insight in creating a plan. The three-man crew certainly delivered. It took them four full days in the July heat, but they rarely took breaks . . . and were meticulous in every detail. This wasn't cheap, but we made the right choice. The appearance (and functionality) of our home has been greatly enhanced.

Part of their contract at our townhouse complex this year included clearing the fallen leaves. Trampled our hastas, destroyed both of our potted mums, and broke wiring for an inflatible Halloween lawn decoration. The crew seems to think that because we rent they're not responsible for the mess they made of our beds and plants. "You can tell our boss but he won't care." is what I was told. Disrespectful and completely unapologetic.

Every year they cut off the tops of my tulips!! Even before they bloom!!!
With the carelessness of the trimming. The are spotty and haphazard with their quality. Lawns are never even ..nor their edge trimming. I have called to express my concerns and they take a message and never call back with a curtesy message. For a few years now and running!

Unfortunately they have a contract with the condo association. They take for granted our condo community size and the $$ they get. I’ll send another email to the board and property manager.

If you have a choice.. I’d highly recommend you use a other company.

Mulching the beds at my school and I left my keys and shirt on the bed because I was running. They moved said keys and shirt but when I got back my shirt was there keys weren’t. Asked them about it and they said they didn’t know and didn’t even help look for them. New car key will probably cost at least $100. They didn’t offer to pay either. I’m not sure that one of them didn’t purposely steal them.
Edit: found keys, they were buried in mulch. The worker I talked to assured me that they “would have seen an ant and not spread mulch over it.” I beg to differ.

A year ago we decided to have our backyard landscaped. We had three different companies draw up designs and give us a bid. The design we got from Ian at Reichle Brothers was hands down the best, and had added tweaks that we hadn’t thought of to enhance our property. Reichle also had very competitive pricing.
Not only were we pleased with the design, but the follow through, and follow up this year (replacing a tree) was done quickly, and to our satisfaction.
This company has been professional at every step. They stand behind their work and guarantees.
We can’t recommend them enough!

Fast place to unload.
If delivering don't show up till after 9 am,that gives them time to get there trucks and equipment out.

They trimmed my front sidewalk, along the street curb, and driveway and skirt. Looks fabulous! Trimming is definitely harder than it looks! So grateful for their kindness and expertise.

Our condo association hired them to mow and clean snow,
They continually mow and make huge ruts in our front yard because they use a large mower rather than a small one, very poor quality workmanship! This has been a problem for 3 years,
When they plow snow they plow huge pile on side of our driveway
I have to shovel path way to my trash can on deck,
Trying to get board to find better company that takes pride in their work.

They service our condo community and I work from home. I have watched one person stop and get on his phone,mow one row then leave the area then another person came over and mowed the same area about five times just to cause a dust cloud. Someone came by to blow all the debris up off of the road area , couldn't manage to finish that. Also they ride through here like it's a race track. We have kids and a lot of elderly people...slow down! I walk the community serval times a day, they miss so many sections of grass. Not professional or complete in their services. I will not recommend them to our board for future use!!

I signed a contract in may and put down a deposit. In June my hoa approved the design but I was told Reichle couldn’t do the job until September. In September I contacted the landscaper and never got a response. I called the office to get an update because someone came to mark utilities but no one ever told me that was happening. I was told the landscape designer left. I wasn’t informed that at all. A new designer came over and did a new design. It was now mid September. I finally got the new design file and had questions. Over the next week I called and left a voicemail. I still didn’t hear back so I had to call again. I was told pictures would be sent to me. Didn’t get them so I emailed and didn’t get a response. I would have thought that since I had been waiting for so long and they had my money since may that my job would be a priority but it didn’t seem like they cared. I called and canceled the job and did receive a full refund though

The guys are always nice and quick. Most importantly, they always make sure to not run over our dog’s toys that are left in the yard!

I have used Reichle Brothers for the past few years for lawncare, and my lawn has never looked so good! This year I decided to ask them to complete spring clean up of my landscaping including edging, pruning, and mulching. I could not be more pleased! The crews worked hard in the blistering hot sun to get the job done prior to my grad party, and it all looks fantastic! I'm incredibly grateful!

I had a terrible experience with this company and have for 3 years since purchasing my own home.
This year they have gone above and beyond making me angry and upset every time they come out to landscape. Specifically the leaf removal team.
Not only do I have to go behind them and clean up the mess they leave they ruin and destroy personal property.
A month ago they cam out to do the initial leaf removal and trimming/pruning. I complained to the supervisor on duty when they blew leaves back onto my deck and left a leaf pile on my front door stoop. Hoping they would adjust their methods the next time. Ha ha
Today was the last straw. They made a mess once again at my front door and proceeded to blow leaves and dirt and mulch and uproot live plants from my neighbors front sidewalk into my enclosed patio.
When I voiced my concern that there is now a mess I have to clean up - the supervisor said "oh we don't do patios" and when I asked him about a sentimental lawn ornament they destroyed he laughed and said "oh what you want me to find you a new one" . I asked him could his team take a little more care of personal belongings and pay attention to where they are blowing the leaves - his response with attitude was "well maybe we will just skip this building altogether" . He offered to have a blower come into my home through to my enclosed patio and I said no thank you. I can not run another risk of my personal belongings being blown to shreds. I have the interaction recorded on my Ring camera so should be interesting for a 6 on your side episode.
I informed the HOA and really hope they take a look at the mass amount we spend compared to the quality and professionalism that should be standard. I will not speak highly of this company and it seems I am not alone in how they treat other's property. Funny they are in the business to actually do that and they have missed the mark on all fronts.

Reichle has done a great job at Rocky Ridge condos. Very pleased. Whenever something is needed, they are here.

They blew out the leaves inside my patio and the ones that blow in the corner of my garage. This was over and above what is expected.

Well done Reichle. They put my ornaments back in the landscaping same as I had them.

I had a really disappointing experience with Reichle Brothers. Their landscaping crew recently mowed near my car and blew grass clippings all over it and I mean covered. When I called to politely ask how they planned to fix it, the woman on the phone literally said, “What do you want us to do about it?”
Not only was that extremely unprofessional, but there was no apology, no offer to help, and no accountability at all. My car now needs a full cleaning, and I’m left dealing with a mess I didn’t cause. I expected better from a local business that’s supposed to serve the community. If you care about your property and respectful customer service, I’d think twice before hiring this company.

These people are not knowledgeable at all about plants at all. They came to my condo community to do landscaping, trim shrubs and lay mulch. My front garden has no ornamental shrubs, I have flowers and a Rose of Sharon. So they took a gas powered saw and hacked up my rose of Sharon and stepped all over my flowers that are coming. And I showed up to question them why they are cutting the Rose of Sharon they said that they had orders the trim all the bushes in the front. Explain to them that a Rose of Sharon is not an ornamental bush it's a flowering shrub and if you keep trimming them they're never going to flower just like you would not trim a rose bush or a hibiscus in the spring those get cut back in the fall. They didn6seems to care and didn't apologize at all in fact the guy who cut it up was laughing about it. I called the company with no answer and the guy in charge didn't seem to care. I'm so sick just looking at it esp6what they did to the back of it.

Great company. Guy name Cory came by and fixed my lawn up real good. Looks good with straight lines. He told me that he will be back next week. I said works for me.

We have been with Reichle for 19 years total, in three homes. We have had a vast number of jobs performed at a total expense that would be considered a small fortune. Currently in a condo where they do our mowing and front landscaping, trims, etc.. For the most part they have done right by us, but have made numerous mistakes and redo's over time. I have found you must always be watching as they have gotten so big over the years, that the education, conscientious behaviours and general customer service have suffered greatly. Recently when they trimmed they cut back three flowering bushes after they had set their blooms for spring, and of course they did not bloom at all this year. The guys also trimmed up the side of the yard which they are to leave alone and only do the front of the condo real. They also mowed over a 24.99 mini grass I had planted out of carelessness. the men mow entirely too fast and make mistakes sometimes leaving areas unmoved. overall service has gone south.When I called I spoke with the Man who has always dealt with us for 19 years. He also oversees the mowing and landscaping needs for our condos He was so incredibly mean and rude over the phone, doing everything short of calling me a lier, that we are now done with them. He insisted that they would never touch anything on the sides of our home, and maybe the neighbor came over and cut my side bushed(which are smaller bushed).I said to heck with it, I am not going to allow any company to treat us that way, and we are done with Reichle! Landscapers are a dime a dozen and there is a lot of competition to get your business.
