Friendly place , got top quality plants, I know because I brought them. Cool sculptures there , and lady liberty . Kind of tricky driving out of there on a semi but not the hardest thing to do

This store has just about everything you need to spruce up you home's landscaping needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be going here exclusively in the future.

I have used Ciminello's on a couple of occasions and they have been nothing but professional each time. Their crew is very thorough. I highly recommend them!

If you need a landscape company in Columbus Ohio, this is the best place to go. There's a guy over there and I think he might be one of the bosses, his name is Mark. Mark is an awesome man, keep up the great work Sir.

First... When I called the center to ask about a hanging basket that was dying the associate hung up on me after I said I was very upset that they would not refund me. I had purchased the basket and was told by the associate while picking it out that it was full sun. I put it in full sun and the begonia died then I put it in shade and the lobelia died. Apparently they have no idea how to mix things when u have both shade and sun in one basket. So now I have a 65 dollar dying basket! And the associate hung up on me. Unprofessional. They lost my business for sure.

Lush, unique plants that always do well in my yard. The staff is well informed. Their planters, full or empty, are beautiful, and again unique. I could not work their because I would never leave with a paycheck LOL!. I love their planter filling section. I just love this place!
EDIT: This review is really old and they apparently aren't a retail plant store anymore, and I have no idea what the business is like now.

I would not recommend this landscaping company. We used them in our new build home and their follow up and customer service has been awful. Two of our exterior up lights could not be installed due to needing to order a part. Confirmed that the parts were sitting on the managers desk and have (2 years later) still never been installed. Manager stopped responding to email correspondence.

Teams came out to inspect tree and plant life that were in warranty and had died and never returned to replace.

If I could rate Ciminellos higher than 5 we would. From the day Andy walked our property with us he listened to what we were thinking, added great advice and chose a landscape design we absolutely love. The Ciminello crew were curtious, hard working, polite and cleaned up each evening before they left. All the subcontractors Andy used were equally professional, polite, and knew exactly what to do anld were in and out . The quality of the workmanship could not have been more professional. Ours was a large job and required demolition, tree, bushes and stump removal. Our new stone patio surpassed our expectations as did all the new plantings. We highly recommend Ciminellos to anyone wanting a professional, hassle free patio or landscape design.

Ciminello's just completed three items involving landscaping around a stand-by generator, assembling a large fountain we had brought with us from another home, and staking up some trees. Their crew today was courteous, hardworking and focused on doing everything right and to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with their work! The original estimate and proposal was handled very professionally by Tristan. Thank you Ciminello's!

Everything turned out perfect. This team is exceptional in all that they do. Our patio backyard was created just to our vision. We are happy with our paver patio, gas firepit and water feature! Thank you!

We cannot more highly recommend Ciminello’s Landscape Design! At our house they installed a paver driveway, all new walkway to the door and a new stoop with lights, a retaining wall, and extensive new front lawn landscaping. Pulling up to our house- each time- gives us a point of pride. We’ve not only enjoyed it (such as the additional safety and security from the lights) ourselves, but also our neighbors routinely compliment the changes! Thanks not only for the incredible outcome but to the professionals who made it happen! It went from idea to completion in a blink of an eye. No one could believe how quickly the complex work was done.

Hands down best team I’ve encountered from start of the project to finish. The design fit our hopes perfectly. Andy was absolutely fantastic to work with. The crews cleaned up daily like nothing happened. Plan to work with them again. Highly recommended.

Andy and the Ciminello's team have done a wonderful job for us over the years. We have even referred them to several friends with the same result. Their design work is unique and creative and the quality they do (and back up) is top notch. They helped to create a master plan and executed beautifully. Never hesitate to use them for your home landscape needs! Be sure to ask for Andy.

I cannot say enough good things about Ciminello's! Tristan, the designer nailed the design, and I did not change one thing that he suggested and am so happy I didn't. Mario the projected supervisor and his team were incredible craftsmen and artists. They were extremely detail oriented and perfectionist and very hard workers. I am beyond pleased with how everything turned out and highly recommend Ciminello's to anyone thinking of having landscaping and hardscaping done.

We had an excellent experience with them and especially with Andy. He made a design that fit what we wanted and needed, the team showed up when they said they were going to, kept the worksite clean, and finished in a timely fashion. The craftsmanship was outstanding!

John and team have been amazing to work with. Communicative, flexible, and reliable. They designed an incredible patio space as part of our future plans and did a similarly great job on softscaping install this year!

Traditions did a fantastic job with our studio re fresh! John sent us a clear plan of what he recommended and then we were able to add and delete from there. He met us at the property to walk through and verify our needs and requests. Once we were all in agreement the work happened within a week! We are very happy with the work Traditions did at our studio and would recommend them to anyone with a landscaping project large or small!

I called them twice and they never called back. Very unprofessional. They could at least give a courtesy call. I would not recommend them.
