We cannot say enough good things about Drainworks, Westerville. From our initial estimate to the completed job, we were met with professionals who did a great job replacing downspout underground drains. We highly recommend their services.

I contacted Drainworks last week(Wednesday)to see if I had something going on with a drainpipe. They came to my home right away to tell me that there was a huge issue but someone else would be coming to give me an estimate because "Jason" was not the person to give estimates. He was very prompt, kind, and courteous. "Jim" contacted me later the same day to set up an appointment to have the "general manager" to come out, survey the issue and write and estimate and that he would email me my estimate on Monday, the following week. Ok. All was agreed. Monday, no one came to my property so I am an understanding person and figured I'd give it another day. It is now Tuesday. Still no one to come survey my property to write up an estimate. I contacted "Jim" at the office and he state that this "general manager" did write up the estimate but that he must have sent it to the wrong email address. I made sure he had the correct email address. Its 8:30 pm and I still not not have any email with an estimate and have also checked my spam folder. I now feel it's best to do buisness with another company because they are either extremely busy or downright unprofessional.

**Update*** I have spoken to Drainworks and an estimate was done. I did not hire the company nor have had any work done for other reasons.

I had a clogged drain and I was looking for a directional snake and called one company who took all my information and was going to call me back and never did. Then someone recommended this company to me and I called and talked to someone immediately who was knowledgeable. He quoted me over the phone a great price and then had someone come out the next day and fix the clog. It was super easy and for someone who is not very handy I was very happy with the experience.

I woke up one morning to find that the sewer line leading away from our house had backed up into our basement. I was pretty grossed out and was hoping to get someone to help quickly. I called Drainworks and left a voicemail. They called me back within 20 minutes and set up an appointment to be at my house within 20 minutes of that phone call. The plumber was great! He worked on my line until it was clear. He was not messy, and was completely respectful of my home. I will always call Drainworks when, or if, I have any plumbing problem in the future. Pricing is reasonable and the company is excellent. I highly recommend them!!

DrainWorks has been wonderful to work with, especially Rob Brown and Stephan. They are punctual, professional, and thoughtful. Their workers repaired a drain in our yard. They used a sod cutter and when done replaced the grass that it looks like the work was never done! One worker even spread the dirt from the yard in my back area. All the workers were very nice and the repair cost was fair. I highly recommend them!!

I had a drain problem where water was backing up into the basement at a rental property. I called the city to check the sewer line and called multiple companies to check to see if it was problem with my drain. This involves putting a camera in the line and running it from the house to the city sewer. I called Mr. Rooter, and they refused to give me an estimate, and said “the tech will tell you when he arrives at the property and if you don’t like the amount you can send him away“. I wanted to get two opinions so I also called The Drainworks. When the tech from Mr. Rooter arrived, he quoted a price of over $400 just to run the camera! I told him I thought that was way too high as other people HAD given me quotes and they were all in the $200 range, so I did not have him do the work . The following day the tech from The Drainworks came, his name was Jason H. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and the price to run the camera in the drain was only $190, less than half of the quote from Mr. Rooter. After he ran the camera in the drain, Jason said it was not broken or clogged, so he spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out what the issue was and he wound up snaking the internal basement drain which had a clog in it. There was a small additional charge for snaking the drain, but the total bill was only about $250 and I am so relieved because the tenants said had a fair amount of water backing up into the basement for several weeks. I highly recommend Jason and The Drainworks! They did a great job and I will be recommending them to all of my clients and acquaintances! Thank you😀

My sink got clogged on Thanksgiving day. A plumber came out and could not unclog my sink. He recommended Drainworks. They came out before their scheduled time and unclogged my sink. Arrived, reviewed, unclogged, cleaned up and gone in 30 minutes. Price was $150. I think a bit steep but when you are in need, is money a real issue? I highly recommend Drainworks.

Our sink became clogged this morning, and we called The Drainworks after a friend recommended them. We had someone out within an hour (earlier than promised) and our drain was running perfectly within 30 minutes. The price for the cleaning was fair, and I would highly recommend The Drainworks

Had a great experience with this company and they didn't over charge like Roto Rooter was going to. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I was scheduled for the next morning but they were able to fit me in the same day as another job didn't take as long. Highly recommend!

Drain works for us in quickly and arrived right on time! They did quick efficient work. Highly recommend.

Called drainworks to clear clogged bathroom sink drain in Bexley. They were the only company to freely say what a clean out cost started at and what would make the price go up from there. The technician arrived the next morning exactly on time with a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. He was polite and communicative, had the tools he needed to complete the job quickly and cleanly. We’ll call them again next time for sure.

Called them about a slow basement drain. Their technician David was able to come to my house the same afternoon. He called ahead, showed up on time and got the drain to start flowing better than it has in over a year. I’ve used them before and will use them again in the future.

Dave came and cleared floor drain in basement, snaked it and got it back to full function. The drain had slowed so was filling up at night based on furnace condensate draining into drain, so would have small amount of water around drain.

Dave was able to be at my house shortly after I call the office same morning!

Will definitely use them again if needed. Casey got the job done quickly. Good price. Very nice people 😊
