There are a lot of options when it comes to lawncare, but I'm happy I found NexGreen. I've been a customer for some time now and along the way I've found that they treat their customers more than just a customer or job. They truly care about what they're doing and act more like a partner who wants your lawn to be as great as you do. Every interaction I've had with managers to technicians I have always felt that they really care and they make me feel that they're invested in our lawn's success.

Rob C. is great when treating the lawn. He is very thorough is a great communicator, both before and after appointments. Each time he comes over you can tell he cares about his job and always strives to do his best.

Lyle G. has been absolutely phenomenal to work with and he runs a great group of guys. Any concerns or issues I might have he makes himself available and always happy to help. He also makes sure to follow up at regular intervals to make sure things are going ok and has went out of his way to figure out a plan for our lawn. Unlike experiences with other companies, it is clear he isn't just acting like he cares. It is very easy to see he does.

My lawn has been a labor of love since our house was built. Though it is taking some time, I'm happy to be partnered with the team at NexGreen and looking forward to see how it'll continue to develop next spring.

I am pleased with the service I have been receiving from NexGreen and I like that they use “pet friendly” products. Rob does a great job! He always lets us know when he is on his way to make sure we let our dogs out before he gets there and allow us time to unlock the gate. He always ensures the entire area is treated thoroughly and always ensures the gate is closed! Our grass looks great and we have a huge decrease in insects in our lawn. With 3 mature treats and a small wooded area - this is a big difference and allows us to enjoy our yard fully.

Rob did a great job — very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain the treatment. He made sure to cover the entire lawn and were punctual and courteous. Really happy with the service.

Rob always takes the time to deliver a thorough and helpful report, and he helps determine what treatments are necessary and what we can leave. We have a very nice-looking lawn, especially for being in the country. We've used NexGreen for several years and will continue to do so.

Jake & his crew were so efficient! They removed an old maple tree, ground stump but more importantly cleaned it all up in less than4 hrs! I would absolutely recommend them!

We had 15 trees cut down and a few others trimmed up and JTS did a phenomenal job. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete the job. I was even more impressed with the clean up. . . Not even a twig was left behind. They have such good pricing we will be using them again to grade and seed the yard come spring!

We used JTS Tree & Landscape to have 11 trees cut down, stumps grinded, etc. a couple of weeks ago. They arrived at 8 am exactly on the scheduled service date, and I was amazed at how quickly, efficiently, and professionally they worked. They did an amazing job, great cleanup, and were done way faster than we anticipated. The owner is responsive and helpful. Couldn't be happier! We highly recommend them!

We needed to take down a tree, a couple bushes and have our fence taken down and put back up. All this to have an above ground pool setup. We also needed the dirt from the area where the pool was set up hauled away. Our front yard was a mess. Jobie and his crew did an amazing job. I can't believe how quick and responsive JTS is. We were very concerned with how the front yard was going to look after ALL the dirt was removed. What an amazing job they did cleaning up the front. We highly recommend JTS, Jobie and Tami.

We noticed JTS working with a neighbor and had them quote some extensive work for our property. They gave us advise and helped us develop a plan. This December they came out to do the work. Due to a storm system coming in, we were concerned our work would get delayed till spring. Not with JTS! They took the initiative to bring in multiple crews to get our work done faster to beat the storm. They were amazingly efficient, professional and friendly. They cleaned up our property and walked us through it over the phone to ensure we were happy with the job before they left. After that storm - and then this latest winter one with the winds and the subzero temps - we were shocked to see that all the tree trimming and pruning they had done kept our property free of fallen limbs for the first time in all the years we have lived here. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. 5 stars - 6 if we could! Thanks JTS!

Spend the time and money and get an estimate from JTS if you want to have trees removed. I got multiple quotes and picked JTS because of how professional they seemed plus a lower bid than most other quotes I got. They brought in a quick and efficient crew and quickly took down two trees tree 50 inches across. It was also fun for the kids to watch them climb, cut and haul away the trees.

After the work was complete the owner made an extra trip out to review the work with me to ensure that I was happy with everything before paying. I will be using them again.

We had trees trimmed a couple of years ago. While the company was trimming my trees, they smashed my AC unit. They agreed to replace it. They learned they had to replace our furnace and our AC at the same time because of the set up. It cost us an extra $4,000 dollars. They had someone named Rick install our furnace. Ever since it’s been installed, it makes loud noises whenever it turns on. Rick has stated he would come back for over A YEAR to fix it and hasn’t come. Jobie at JTS has not responded to any of our messages. It’s been long enough without a resolution and we’re getting ready to pursue other avenues to have this situation resolved. Would not recommend this company because if something goes wrong, it’s not guaranteed to be fixed. We trusted them to make this right. Very disappointing.
