Called and left message to see about getting a quote to have some trees removed. A woman called back and told me that someone would be out the following Tuesday. No time was given and was just told it could be anytime. Tuesday comes and no one shows up. I call the office and a man picks up and proceeds to tell me that he has no record of it. This is the second time I’ve tried to get a quote from this company. The first time they never called me back.

Not true at all. The woman asked me if I would like to have someone come out in the morning or afternoon on Tuesday and I said it didn’t matter. She asked me if I needed someone out right away since I had another project going on. I said no. She then said someone would call me to let me know when on their way. Take responsibility for your screw up and stop trying to blame the customer.

I strongly recommend Bryant's Tree Service. The large majority of reviewers give them five stars. My experience is consistent with their reviews.

Matt and his crew did an excellent job trimming the very large trees on my property. I was especially impressed by how well they cleaned everything up-I was expecting to have a mess to deal with but they took care of all the small branches and leaves. I would absolutely use their services again.

Matt came out within a couple hours of my first call and gave me an estimate before he left. He took the time to break out the estimate the way I asked. They came out to do the work a week after I signed the estimate, completed the work the same day and did a great job. Reasonably priced and gave me a break on some extra brush removal. Will use them again and refer to family and friends.

We have three river berch trees. They were getting way out of hand. They were getting on roof and hanging over our awnings. Matt and his worker were very careful trimming and cutting off huge branches . In the past we have had two other tree services doing the trimming and was very unhappy with their work. In doing research on Matt Bryant's service I like the website. I also like that he included pictures. My husband and I were very happy with the job. In fact the berch trees looked so much better. Matt and his worker did a wonderful job with the trees and clean up. I have already recommended his services. Thank you for the good work!

We called on a Saturday about a large tree that was falling near our front walkway. Ashley was so helpful and the next morning they were able to come out and remove the tree safely. We really appreciate the effort Bryant’s Tree Service put in to fit us in last minute. They did an excellent job all around.

I was in a pretty crazy situation with one of my trees. Contacted Bryant's tree service and the response was amazing. Very professional quick turnaround. Really words cant explain my gratitude. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Bryant’s Tree Service. I had a situation where a tree fell on a nearby utility line. It was a tough situation, and I needed help quickly. Within an hour, Bryant’s were in my driveway, and took care of everything.

Now, this incredible service took place on a Sunday (nobody else would even call me back!). The price they charged was VERY reasonabIe - I was more than pleased. I won’t be calling any other company in my future, Bryant’s Tree service will be my go-to. Fair prices, honest company, very skilled, and super responsive. You won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend using them. They were very responsive, very professional and very nice. They even came on a Sunday to ensure a tree that had fallen wouldn’t cause damage to my house. I would definitely use them again.

Contacted Matt / Ashley to get an estimate on some trimming and a stump grinding. Matt came by the house to look at the work, but then sent me an angry email that I was wasting his time. He saw that some of my other trees had been trimmed (by me) and assumed I had already hired someone else and made him drive out for no reason. He was wrong. I still need the work done, but I guess he could not look closely to see or even try to ask me a question. Too sure I was just a waste of his time. I would tell you to find someone else for your tree work.

A tree fell on one of my cars Sunday 2/24/19 . I called Bryant tree service and within an hour Matt Bryant came to my house. My immediate concern was to remove the portion of the tree that was on top of the car . Matt carefully removed each branch to lesson the weight of moving the remaining trunk so that no more damage was created . He did an excellent job . The car is now drivable . He took care of our immediate concern . He gave me an estimate for removal of the remaking debris . I would highly recommend Bryant tree removal to any one . Price was more than reasonable . Excellent service and Matt Bryant is highly professional . Five Stars .

Matt was out within 15 minutes of my call to give me a quote to cut down 2 trees and trim another tree. Then within 2 weeks his guys were out doing the job. They did an excellent job and were very careful. I am very satisfied and would recommend Bryant Tree Service.

My husband called Bryant's Tree Service to get an estimate and Matt came out the very same day to look at the trees we needed taken out. Matt was straight forward. He was honest. He didn't have a us do more than we needed to. His machines are top of the line and his pricing is fair. We were amazed how 4 trees (plus stump removal), and two large trees trimmed only took half the day! They are the best in Columbus!

Great price for top quality work done fast and done right. We needed a 60+ foot maple removed that was rotting and at risk of falling down and potentially causing serious damage. Matt was quick to respond, did the work when he said he would, a friendly crew, and we were very happy with the job. They were very good about avoiding power lines (which ran right through the branches), and did a quick clean up. Matt and his team are expert at tree removal, and clearly very skilled at this work. We highly recommended, and would definitely would hire him again.

I have used Matt for years and not only is he very fair with pricing his work is incredible!! I have used other companies in the past and he is by far the best!!! The cleanup is incredible you cant even tell they were there.

After the storm this past Monday, I called Bryant Tree Service and Ashley called me back within 30 mins. She worked with me and her husband Matt to get me an initial appt the same day. With so much work and tree damages, my husband and I appreciated Matt caming out quickly since our old Ash Tree split and hit the corner of our home in our back yard. We did recieve several quotes from other tree service companies too but went with Matt & Bryant Tree Service because when we decided to completely remove our old, old Ash Tree (plus stump removal), Matt provided a very fair estimate for both services. He also saw and pointed out a huge split in my neighbor's old tree. My neighbor already had workers in his yard doing some yard cleanup and that company didn't notice the huge crack/split in that tree. My neighbor was happy Matt pointed out the dangers for his home and ours that he hired Bryant Tree Services too! Matt and his crew came back the next morning after the estimate at 8 am and provide excellent work on clearing the fallen tree limb and the removal of our Ash Tree, plus an awesome job on my neighbor's tree. While cleaning up after the tree was removed, Matt was on our roof with the blower and noticed some roof wind damages. We had NO CLUE until he told us! So we updated our insurance claim. We had excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Bryant Tree Services if you have any tree service needs! Great company.

We have used Matt and Bryant's Tree Service for a few projects over the years and could not be more happy! They do amazing work and make sure things are cleaned up after they are done. If you're looking for a tree service, this is only call you need to make!

They were in and out and spent an abundance of time cleaning the area once the bulk of the tree removal job was done. Tough area as well to not crush a brand new playground set. Highly recommend, worth the cost.
