Jason was very professional and personable. We have a white couch that was very dirty and he was able to get it back looking bright and clean! Would recommend JS Steam-Works for any upholstery or carpet cleaning. Great service at a great price.

I didn’t think that my old carpets could ever look clean again.

When I removed a treadmill from my room it was glaringly obvious how bad the carpets were from my aging dog and his accidents. Spot cleaning was not getting it done. Josh assessed the situation with a blue light that exposed even more; he has the treatments and processes to handle all situations.

The before and after photos and fresh look are incredible. I highly recommend this experienced, kind and efficient business owner who does the work himself! Thank you, Josh!

My house was in desperate need of being power washed so I contacted PPWS to setup an appointment for the following week. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Everything went well, unfortunately the technician was stung twice by bees while attempting to wash the west side of my house. Apparently there was a bee hive in the ground on the west side of my property and I was not aware of it. For safety sake we agreed to postpone the west side of the house. The technician maintained his professionalism and courteous demeanor despite the bee stings. While the technician finished the other sides of my house I called Orkin to setup an appointment for the next day. The technician finished up and said they would return when the bee hive was treated and that I could hold payment until they finished the job. Next day Orkin showed up to treat the bee hive and said it would be safe for PPWS to come back on Monday after the upcoming weekend. I contacted PPWS and they agreed to come out Monday to finish the job, which they did. The house looks great and I am very pleased with PPWS. They have earned my loyalty and I anticipate being a long time customer.

Preferred power washing power washed 48 buildings for our condo association, Paul and his crew did an excellent job. In a condo association it is very hard to work at the direction of the board and at the same time address the concerns of each individual resident, Paul accomplished this difficult task very professionally. His bid was very competitive, he arrived at the job site as scheduled and completed his work in a timely manner. Preferred will be at the top of our Contractors list the next time we power wash.
