I reached out to the company for checking my leaking Washing Machine. Mozzi showed up under 24 hours and shared Honest feedback on next steps. He was very professional and helped me to make the right decision rather than thinking what was probably good for the business. It was a pleasure to work with FIX IT appliance and I would without a doubt use them in future.

I reached out to FIX IT Appliance Service using their website and had a response within an hour! Service was scheduled very quickly. Mozzi was the tech for the diagnosis and if he is extremely kind, knowledgable, honest, and speedy. He didnt mind my home owner hovering and took the time to point out what he was doing as he went. Parts have been ordered and I am looking forward to having Mozzi back to wrap up a solid repair. Excellent service!

7/25/25 @ 4pm- I got an immediate call from said company with a sincere apology wanting to make it right. With a pleasant conversation and a few laugh's, we put our initial sour encounter aside. I explained what had happened, how I handled filing a case number and how it was diagnosed, followed by how my issue is being handled, moving forward. The friendly interaction has me confident in the company and what they stand behind. I changed my one star to a five, based on how friendly, understanding, and sincere the call had been handled. I can say with confidence, this company will listen and will help you get your home appliance back up and running, if not, replaced.

7/25/25 @ 3:30-ish pm.... I called them on July 1st. I have yet to get a call back and it is now July 25th. It says on their answering machine that you will get a faster response if you text message them. So after leaving a message, I did text message them on July 1st. Again, it's the 25th and I haven't been called back or text back. But it's okay. I ended up getting hold of GE and they're covering the bill for my repairs through their own providing repair company. Thanks for not responding. I just know who not to call next time.

Mozzi was an amazing repair tech for our dryer. He was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it quick while explaining everything and I highly recommend him for any dryer repairs!

Came in and accessed the problem right away. They were on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. My fridge now dispesnses water again!

I texted on a Sunday afternoon and got a response shortly after. Set up an appointment to repair my washing machine for that Tuesday. They showed up on time with a text message letting me know they were on route. Fixed it that visit for a fair price.

Extremely professional. Good communication. Scheduled a time, showed up at that time. Diagnosed the problem as the compressor. Replaced it and assured us it was covered by warranty they handled everything with the manufacturer. Clean and left everything as beforehand. The refrigerator has worked fine ever since. If you have a warranty covered repair and you are able to choose someone... choose them it will get done right.

Quick and fast, refrigerator is cooling once again. Very respectful and took great care of the refrigerator, had the part i needed so no coming back a different date, I would definitely recommend fix it

I called Fixit in Westlake, Ohio, and within an hour Zack and his partner were at my house. They were professional, focused, and all business — no wasted time, no upselling, just straight to the problem. They diagnosed and fixed my Samsung dryer in under 20 minutes, and the price was more than fair, especially considering that several other handymen and companies I called couldn’t come today (or even answer their phones).

Mozzi & Zack were absolutely wonderful. Courteous, thorough, honest. They came to my home for a washer issue and ended up doing general maintenance on all my appliances. They also showed me what I can do to prolong the life of each appliance. Will absolutely use them again!

He came same day to fix my dryer. No BS, fair price (especially considering same day) polite, and efficient.

He then checked my washer just because he was there, gave me some tips but told me ultimately it has an issue. No cost to check, gave work arounds for the short term, but if it’s an issue I am 100% calling him back.

Quick, reliable and affordable service! Mozzi was our technician - he was friendly, arrived when he said he would and made a point to go to the shop and get the part right away so that our dryer would be serviced in one day. I have used Fix It in the past and have never regretted it.

It only took a few minutes to schedule an appointment and the receptionist kind and knowledgeable. iMozzi showed up right on time and treated me as if I was his only appointment despite it being at the end of what I imagine was a long day. He was professional, knowledgeable, transparent and clearly highly skilled. Couldn't recommend them more, especially if you need a certified Samsung appliance technician!
