Marcus came in to clean our windows today and I have to say I have never seen this amount of attention to detail!! Incredible young man that not only got the windows clearer than I have ever seen, but also he was mindful of all surrounding fixtures and equipment. To top it off he had a great presence with a great smile that reflects greatly upon your organization. Please if possible give Marcus something extra for his efforts...he definitely went above and beyond!! If you are unable to provide a little extra please send Marcus back in so that I can compensate him with a little bonus!

I work at Petsuites in Westlake, and Mr. Marshall had been coming to us for a while to do our windows. He is always remarkably charismatic and professional. He does an amazing job with our windows and is always thorough. Wouldn't ask for anyone else to clean our windows. He is more than just a window cleaner, he's our pal ☺️

Central cleans the windows at two of our coffee shops. They always do a good job and Craige takes pride in his work. He gets it done even on the roughest weather days. I would recommend Central Window Cleaning. That’s coming from someone that owned a window cleaning company back in the day.

Want to give Paneless Window Company a fantastic review! They did quality work at an extremely reasonable price for interior and exterior windows! Even included the skylight which I wasn't expecting! Very personable employees that explained everything they were doing! I couldn't be more satisfied!!!

I left email messages with five window washing companies on the west side of Cleveland requesting an estimate. Paneless was the only company that responded and I'm very glad that they did. They gave a prompt estimate, kept in contact as to when they would provide the service, they were on time, and they were courteous, polite and very professional. The windows were spotless and they also took care to clean the screens and window sills. I've washed the windows on my house for over thirty years and was leery that any company could do as good a job as I could. I'm happy to say that Paneless met and exceeded my expectations and they will be doing the cleaning in the future. I couldn't ask for more!

I had Paneless Window Cleaning wash windows and a chandelier. They arrived on time and took great care in setting up their equipment by putting down a tarp and wearing booties so as not to mark or dirty my floors. They took their time and did not rush through the job. The results were great! I would definitely recommend them.

Staff kept us informed of their arrival. They flushed the gutters and downspouts and cleaned up all the debris. They were very professional. Would highly recommend Paneless Window and will definitely use them again.

Carl (the owner) , and his assistants, were prompt, extremely friendly, and they did all that Carl promised to do, even though it took longer than they estimated. (No rush to get out at the estimated time--very much appreciated). They also did some "extra" stuff, at no extra charge, without difficulty or complaint. They were neat, clean, efficient, and the job done was the best that we ever have had done in almost 30 years of living in our home. We will ask them to come back every year now. They are the best, and Paneless--hence the play on the name--really is a "no worries" service. You will never find a more customer-oriented window service than these guys. And it is not just widow/glass cleaning. It is much more--screen cleaning, changing light bulbs, etc. These guys are GREAT! They really know what they are doing and are extremely good at what they do. Very detailed oriented, and carefully CLEAN. No one does this stuff in this amount of detail and scope.

Carl had done windows for my Mom and also several times for a family friend, both of them super happy with his service. Long story short, I discovered from reviews that Paneless also did gutters, which is what I was looking for.

Because of my complicated schedule, Carl worked out his schedule in order to meet me on relatively short notice (thank you!). Carl and his team are sharp, economical but careful, friendly, invested -- all the good stuff. And based on my experience, now he's in line to do windows for another family member right after they finish painting their house.
