I have a condo I am moving out and selling and a new house I just purchased. They are 8 minutes apart. They told me they would not discuss cleaning my condo one time for move out even if I signed an agreement for them to clean weekly at my new place, because they do not accept one time cleans. I get that as a business but this makes no sense in this scenario because I was willing to give them weekly business and the properties are 4 miles apart.
