Jeremy and Nick were great. Jeremy was the first to answer our call right away in the midst of a heat wave and came out to check our a/c next day. Even let us borrow portable a/c units while we waited for our new unit to be installed! Would recommend 👍🏼

Jeremy was not only efficient, he was knowledgeable and professional. He had an appointment that he was 20 minutes early for and called to confirm that was okay. He said hi my dog (which is a big thing for me). Did a VERY thorough inspection of my furnace and was able to get us up and running within an hour of arrival. On top of that, he was able to diagnose the problem and have a new part ordered within the next few minutes. I will be recommending Balanced to anyone who has not only emergency heating and cooling needs but anyone who wants to have their furnace looked at for regular routine maintenance. What a great guy.

Jeremy is truly a customer service phenomenon! He was able to diagnose my AC issue in less than 15 minutes and fix the issue in 45 — all in the same 24 hours. Incredibly kind and helpful; even waived the service fee bc it was an easy troubleshoot. Highly recommend!

Jeremy at Balanced Air Heating and Cooling is the best! We reached out with an emergency of our AC unit needing replaced and he came after hours. He knew with a baby arriving at anytime he wanted to be helpful and that he was! I will recommend him to people and use him for future needs!

Jeremy came out at 10pm to check out our furnace in ~20 degree temps. He lent us space heaters for the night, purchased the part in the morning for repairs and had it fixed up before noon and at a very fair price. Great work, honest dude, A+ service. All around a great experience and we will definitely be requesting his services for maintenance from now on.

Jeremy came after hours to take a look at my system when my coil kept freezing. Turned out all I needed was a recharge of refrigerant. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me before he did it. Would absolutely recommend him!

What I appreciated the most is he didn't tell me I needed to buy a new unit because mine is 20+ years old. In fact, he saw the unit and said he really liked working on this particular kind! Minutes later, he had the problem figured out, and it was running. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the cost.

Jeremy was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and quick, while also managing many other HVAC jobs during a heat wave. But he still made us feel like the only customer while at our house! We’ll definitely be using Balanced Air for any future needs, and recommending to friends and family.

Had a problem with heat not turning on, Jeremy stopped over and found the problem in just minutes. A thermostat not wired correctly. Very honest guy, I would recommend him for any repairs on your HVAC.
