Jeremy and Nick were great. Jeremy was the first to answer our call right away in the midst of a heat wave and came out to check our a/c next day. Even let us borrow portable a/c units while we waited for our new unit to be installed! Would recommend 👍🏼

Jeremy was not only efficient, he was knowledgeable and professional. He had an appointment that he was 20 minutes early for and called to confirm that was okay. He said hi my dog (which is a big thing for me). Did a VERY thorough inspection of my furnace and was able to get us up and running within an hour of arrival. On top of that, he was able to diagnose the problem and have a new part ordered within the next few minutes. I will be recommending Balanced to anyone who has not only emergency heating and cooling needs but anyone who wants to have their furnace looked at for regular routine maintenance. What a great guy.

Jeremy is truly a customer service phenomenon! He was able to diagnose my AC issue in less than 15 minutes and fix the issue in 45 — all in the same 24 hours. Incredibly kind and helpful; even waived the service fee bc it was an easy troubleshoot. Highly recommend!
