We called Josh and his team because our AC went out in our 20+ year old home. Josh responded quickly and sent a team out to assess our needs. Within a few days, they came to our home and installed a new unit at a competitive and fair price. While in our home, they were neat and respectful. We appreciate their attentiveness and quality work and highly recommend them!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Heating and Cooling Company right before the 4th of July. Even though it was our first time reaching out to them, their service exceeded our expectations. Despite the holiday rush, they picked up the phone immediately and scheduled an urgent visit within the hour as our home was sweltering at 85 degrees.
Josh and his assistant arrived promptly and quickly got to work. They performed a thorough diagnostic, identified the problem, and fixed it all within an hour. Throughout the process, they were incredibly informative, helpful, and transparent about the issues and solutions. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable, which we greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend them if you need a Heating and Cooling Company for their exceptional service and professionalism. We will definitely be using them again for any future HVAC needs.

Josh's team responded very quickly to my trouble call. Robert came out within the hour and fixed my problem. Robert found a missing jumper wire on the replacement thermostat I had installed. He installed the jumper wire and the system came to life. He checked for adequate freon charge and determined all was good.
I really appreciate Josh's quick response and will always call JDR for any future heating and cooling work.
